Teatime Magazine's own sweet recipes... intermingled with certain US tea establishments' recipes. For those interested in knowing about all the tea places in the States, this book will be of interest, but for someone like myself who just wants recipes, prime space is lost on descriptions of tea houses, in my opinion. Look for the one titled 'Afternoon Tea' also by Hoffman Media.
