Rosie
I’m a prisoner.
Locked away in this house, under my father’s thumb, unable to have the freedom I crave. The only things to bring me that feeling have been my art and my secret pen pal, though he stopped writing.
Even if my father is a powerful Mafia Don; I’m not some princess who can be controlled. I’m making my escape. Tonight.
Freedom is short-lived when I’m tossed into the hands of my brother’s best friend. Vic might be the most attractive man I’ve ever seen, but he, too, seems to be out to control me.
I wanted to claim my firsts in my freedom, but I’m not sure that’s possible now.

Vic
I’m screwed.
My best friend has asked me to keep an eye on his sister after she ran away from their father. She’s beautiful, bratty, strong willed, and it’s going to be hard to keep my hands to myself. But that’s not the worst part. I’ve been Rosie’s secret pen pal for years and she doesn’t know it’s me.
It’s not like we’ve met in person, at least to her knowledge, but I know that when her and her brother discover my little secret, I will lose them both.
She’s so sweet and innocent. I want to both preserve her and devour her. I will claim as many of her firsts as she will allow. Until she’s mine forever. Until I’m her last.

So he is her secret pen pal and supposedly so obsessed with her that he has no problem bringing many OW into his place to fuck where FMC is staying temporarily. But wait!.... It’s okay because they are not in a relationship after all so it’s not considered cheating - per reviews.

Gotta love this mindset. 🫣🤦‍♀️

I’m sorry…a DEBUT BOOK??? A BRAND NEW AUTHOR?!?? I’m actually ASTOUNDED at how good this book is as a debut. The writing was so good! And Mafia x MC?? Sold…you guys know k eat Mafia romances for breakfast. That’s my weakness 😍😍

The story line isn’t SUPER unique…typical Mafia controlling family with a mafia princess who is tired of being sheltered and not allowed to experience life. But the way the author added some intricacies to the story made it *chefs kiss*.

Rosie is our FMC and the daughter and Mafia princess from one of the most dangerous and ruthless crime families in the city. She runs away from her controlling family and moves in with her brother and his best friend , Vic, who are both part of an MC.

Vic is perfection. Talk dark and handsome. Grumpy and broody with tattoos for days. His past is dark and troubled. He has secrets that could threaten his friendship with his best friend and ultimately Rosie if it’s ever found out.

The chemistry between Rosie and Vic is OFF THE CHARTS. But neither of them want to cross that line because of Rosie’s brother. Actually…Rosie is all for it…Vic is more hesitant. Not wanting to drag her into his darkness. So what does he do? Brings OW to the apartment to hookup with so Rosie knows 🥲 why are men so dumb 😩 it’s not cheating because they aren’t together but it’s still annoying because he clearly wants her and hurting her isn’t necessary to keep your distance.

The burn is SLOW…but I loved seeing their relationship bloom from almost…dislike? To friends to eventually lovers. Vic helps Rosie complete her “list” and helps her experience all the things she never could while living at home. Rosie shows Vic that it’s ok to trust and love. And helps him bring his walls down and lean into that soft side of him that he has buried deep. Even if he only shares it with her. The book is low spice but that’s ok because the tension and build up with them was so good that it didn’t even matter.

I wish there was more of them. I wish we got to see more of their relationship bloom and develop. But it was definitely a really good read 🩷

Thank you so much to Amarie Collins and Naughty Nook PR for the opportunity to ARC read this amazing debut 🩷

Overall a good book. Rosie is a mafia princess who decides to run away since she’s being married off per usual with mafia stories. Her brother Gage helps her ‘hide’ from her father by taking her to a friend he meet while in prison. Unknowingly to Rosie this friend, Vic, is also the penpal she wrote back/forth with while her brother was in prison. While writing each other Rosie knew Vic as Rush, when she comes to stay with him he try’s his best to stay away from her because he’s always wanted her but didn’t want to betray his friend. The tension between these two grows until they can’t resist each other anymore. When Rosie finds out Vic is Rush she’s hurt and feels like he lied to her. The ending felt rushed and just didn’t have enough explanation as to what happened. Because the next thing you know she learned he signed away his freedom to Gage, and they’re getting married.

Review of Amarie Collins' Debt Novel, All Your Firsts.

⭐️Stars- 4/5
🌶️Spiciness- 2/5

The first 70% of the novel thoroughly captivated me, with its well-written narrative and engaging plot that follows a sheltered Mafia Princess who defies her father's chosen path and finds protection with her brother's best friend, a former biker with a conviction.

The chemistry between the FMC and MMC is undeniable, with their witty banter adding to the undeniable spark between them.

The final 30% of the novel didn't quite live up to my expectations, feeling a bit rushed rather than bad.

Looking forward to reading more of the, All Or Nothing Series. Book 2, All Your Lies.

Right up your alley if you're a fan of tattooed mmcs, mafia and biker gangs.

The book got off to a promising start and was pretty easy to get into thanks to the excellent writing style. In terms of the plot, it was your typical mafia romance, except for the prominent role that biker gangs played. The chemistry between our main characters was sizzling with enough witty banter to leave you satisfied (also, I do love me a good tattooed biker). Sadly, the last third of the book felt rushed and fell flat, which is why the overall rating is lower than I expected after reading the first couple chapters.

I rarely DNF a book, but this one had all the tropes but none of the spark. If you can get past the mmc still screwing around with the fmc living in his house then all the best. Just too close to cheating for me…

For years she's had a secret pen pal, her brother's cellmate but they've never shared their identities. When she finally runs away, her brother helps her and takes her to stay with his friend, Vic. Vic and her start off not so friendly but soon they realize their mutual attraction. They begin to fall for each other. When secrets are revealed, will their relationship last?

*I was given this book as an eArc but my review is based solely on my own thoughts and opinions*

This book had me in a chokehold. I didn’t want to do anything else but read this book. It has all my favs, mafia, tattoo shop, bad boy vs good girl, touch her and die, overprotective brother, a fun best friend. done deal.

There are things that felt like I was missing, like there was book before this, some side characters stories are mentioned that you don’t get much info on but I’m guessing they will be explained in another book.

I usually write more than this but I was reading it so fast I forgot to jot down stuff in between. I just loved it, nuff said

Okay, so the beginning of the book had me hooked but around the 55%ish mark it just completely fell apart for me. The fmc and mmc had such amazing chemistry and the spice was so good, but I just can’t get past how upsetting and rushed the ending was. Overall this book was just okay.

All Your Firsts is book one in the All or Nothing series and is the story of Rosie and Vic. This is a mafia, best friend's sister, motorcycle club, close proximity, found family, dark romance.

Rosie is a mafia princess who dreams of running away and living the life she dreamed but her father has plans to marry her off to a stranger. Her only comforts are her art and a secret pen pal she has had for years. As her father attempts to force her to marry against her will, Rosie makes a run for it but is intercepted by her long lost brother Gage and sent to stay with his best friend Vic.

Vic has been friends with Gage since they did time in prison together. What Gage does not know is that Vic has been writing his little sister for years and has been hiding that fact from him and from Rosie. When Gage needs Vic to keep Rosie safe there is no way he can refuse and Vic does everything in his power to keep distance between himself and Rosie.

When danger finds Rosie, Vic must confront his feelings for her and decide if what they share can survive the secrets Vic has kept from Rosie and can Gage forgive his best friend for not doing the one thing he promised, keep his hands (and other body parts) away from his sister.

This story was well written with a good storyline that showed the emotional depth of both Rosie and Vic and how the letters exchanged were able to create a background for the emotions they were experiencing. There was a lack of completion in the storyline with Rosie and Gage's father after the couple of events he orchestrated. Outside of that, I was very happy with the HEA and would recommend this book to anyone who likes the tropes of this book. There are some dark themes so please check the trigger warnings.

i learned this was a debut novel for this author and i think she did a wonderful job.

although this isn’t a dark romance (it has *some* dark themes) it surely grips you because of the banter, angst and sexual tension between rosie and rush — it makes you giggle and kick your feet and want to keep reading

rush is JP, obsessed and honestly so fucking romantic it made me swoon and imo, he is the one that makes the book what it is.

i had fun reading this and it was a great palate cleanser if you want a lighter read, low spice, slow burn and angsty romance.

now, my “issues” and the reason i’m giving this a 4 star:

• the bigger plot gets put into the background and it never comes back, even in the epilogue — where’s her dad? what is he planning?

• the mc aspect — it gets pretty confusing in the beginning about rush’s MC ties and i wish we could’ve gotten more information out it, especially being specific about the clubhouse name (which gets mentioned by the end of the book); maybe a few flashback scenes from his time as a brother would help, as well as making his age older in a way?

• the HEA was not long enough imo… it took the whole book for them to be together, so the least we could’ve had was a bit more groveling and some extra scenes from the epilogue or something; i also would’ve liked to see rush’s conversarion with gage and how his job will work.

in a way, i feel like this could’ve easily been a duet because we had a very big amount of information, side characters and bigger plot line that entwined.

"I don’t want to be confined to a box of labels that I never chose. Mafia Princess being at the top of the list of labels."

Rosie wants to live her life and be free without the control of her father. Unfortunately being the daughter of a powerful and ruthless crime lord means no freedom and having to be forced into an arranged marriage. She plans her escape but doesn't get far when she runs into her brother Gage, who was supposedly in prison for years. He offers her a place to stay with a friend he trusts with his life.

Vic was Gage's cellmate, but to Rosie, he was the guy who tattooed her brother. Vic knows Rosie all too well because he was her secret pen pal for years but is afraid to tell her the truth about his feelings since he doesn't want to scare her away. He comes across as bossy and controlling, which only irritates Rosie because she feels she left one prison to live in another.

"She's so sweet and innocent. I want to both preserve her and devour her. I will claim as many of her firsts as she will allow. Until she's mine forever."

Vic is in love with Rosie and wants to protect her but doesn't want to cross the line since he was entrusted to take care of her. What will happen if Gage and Rosie figure out the truth? Will Rosie fall for Vic knowing he has been lying to her about their 'past' relationship? Amarie Collins knows how to debut a Mafia Romance 👏 Grab the book and let's find out together what happens 💀 ❤️

I just finished reading this and my eyes are still red from bawling. That ending changed me. I’ve never read such an emotional brother's best friend before. This changed me, I will never be the same again, I don’t even have the words to describe what this book did to me. But before you walk away it has a HEA. This plot was amazing, it starts as kind of an enemies to lovers, as he pushes her away because of his feelings for her. It’s a strong he falls first, as in, he fell almost 10 years ago. Yes they’re secret pen pals, and she doesn’t know that it’s him, and he’s afraid to tell her and it’s heartbreaking. When Vic gets his bearings he realises that he wants to make “all her firsts” come true and give her the happiness and freedom she craves after being a sheltered mafia princess all her life. The things he does for her are just so sweet, until that last little thing.. I expected that plot twist, the “third act breakup” thing, but I didn’t expect what happened after. I expected grovelling, not THAT, but it was better, even if it shattered my heart. I love Vic, he’s a complicated character with such a dark past, but the dedication and love he has towards Rosie is just perfection. He has earned himself a spot on my favourite book boyfriends list and that list isn’t actually very long. Rosie is a pretty cool character too, but Vic outshone her unfortunately. This book, was life changing for me and definitely a 5/5

This was a fantastic story with some awesome tropes, including one of my favorites, one bed!

Tropes:
* Mafia
* Forced Proximity
* Brother’s Best Friend
* Forbidden Romance
* Pen Pals
* Hidden Identity
* Motorcycle Club
* Protective MMC
* Touch Her and Die
* Found Family
* Virgin FMC
* Family Secrets
* Lies and Deceit
* One Bed

Rosie is a mafia princess and is basically a prisoner in her own home. She had a secret pen pal for years but then he suddenly stopped writing her. And when she discovers that her father has arranged for her to be married to someone she doesn't like, she escapes her father's house. But her brother finds her and sends her to live with his good friend Vic. Vic knows that Rosie is the girl he has been writing letters to but Rosie does not know that he is her penpal friend. So he has conflicting feelings about her staying at his house because he knows he already has feelings for her, but has promised not to touch her. I really loved Vic's character even though he was frustrating at times. He's a grumpy tattooed bad boy. He definitely has feelings for Rosie but is afraid to confess them and that makes him do really stupid things. Like hook up with other women?? That part made me mad on Rosie's behalf. But she was such a strong solid character, I only wanted her to get her HEA. So when Vic gets his head out of the sand, everything works out fine.

All Your Firsts by Amarie Collins is more than a steamy romance it’s a story about human nature, boundaries, and the complexity of relationships under pressure. Rosie’s fight for independence from her controlling father feels real and relatable, and her mix of fear, defiance, and desire is portrayed with honesty. You can feel her struggle to carve out autonomy while navigating intense emotional and physical attraction.
Vic is compelling because he isn’t just a flawless hero he’s flawed, conflicted, and human. His protective instincts clash with his desires, and the tension between them highlights how messy, complicated, and morally gray human connections can be, especially when love, loyalty, and secrecy collide.
The story captures realistic emotions: longing, frustration, trust issues, and the difficulty of balancing safety with freedom. The twists of family loyalty, hidden identities, and forbidden attraction are grounded in how real people would react under such extreme circumstances, making the story both gripping and emotionally satisfying.
This is a romance that feels believable, intense, and heartfel a story about claiming your life, facing your fears, and navigating the messy reality of human relationships. A powerful, realistic five star read.

This indie book by Amarie Collins is 307 pages of off-the-rails motorcycle gang/mafia insanity.

Rosie, our female main character, is a mafia princess in the largest, most violent family in Chicago, but she’s run away. Her brother helped her and put her up with his best friend, Vic (our male main character). Unfortunately, Vic acts more like her jailer than her roommate.

The undeniable attraction is underscored by the fact that Vic was Rosie’s secret pen pal while he was locked up in prison with her older brother. If either of them learn that Vic did this, he could lose them both, but he pushes through with the lie, to his detriment. He wants to be all of Rosie’s firsts, and her last.

Loaded with tropes (He Falls First, Forced Proximity, Brother’s Best Friend, Forbidden Romance, Pen Pals, Hidden Identity, Motorcycle Club, Protective MMC, Touch Her and Die, Found Family, Virgin FMC, Family Secrets, Lies and Deceit, and One Bed), this book delivers both on the spice and the yearning before it.

I absolutely loved this book and can't wait for more from this author. I think I might now be a fan of Mafia romances.

All Your Firsts comes out on 6/1/2025. 5/5 Stars

If you love your romance with slow burn tension, forbidden longing, and a protective MMC hiding a big secret, this one’s for you!

Rosie is a runaway mafia princess with dreams of freedom and a heart full of longing—especially for the pen pal who once made her feel seen. But when she ends up in the care of Vic, her overprotective older brother’s best friend (and secretly that pen pal 👀), sparks fly and secrets simmer.

This story is filled with:
✨ Brother’s best friend
💌 Secret pen pals / hidden identity
🔥 Slow burn angst and forbidden chemistry
👊 “Touch her and die” energy
🏍️ Protective biker MMC vibes
👩‍🎨 Sweet virgin FMC with a fierce spirit

The chemistry between Rosie and Vic delivers—equal parts steamy and emotional. I loved the tension, the layered secrets, and the found family dynamic starting to unfold. The side characters (hi, Jess and Axl 👀) are begging for their own book, and I’ll be first in line when they get it!

This was such an enjoyable debut into the series. Can’t wait to see where Amarie Collins takes things in book 2.

Okay, this one just has some tropes I love... Forbidden romance? Check. Forced proximity? Check. Hidden identity? Check. I think secret pen pal is also becoming a fast favorite the more I read it. You can't go wrong with a motorcycle club/mafia mix and an ex-con. Chalk full of tropes but they all work together here.

Rosie, the FMC, was wonderful to read - she starts out as almost meek, however, her character arc really develops as she grows into her boldness. And Vic? Tough exterior but soft inside for Rosie. That doesn't mean he's not keeping secrets that will affect their relationship or this story (they do!).

My issue is that some important plot points felt rushed when they were integral to the story.

Really enjoyed this and cannot wait for Book No. 2!

This debut novel by Amarie Collins is an absolute 5 ⭐️ read for me. The FMC Rosie is the daughter of a mafia boss, she is tired of being told how to live her life and who to marry, so she plans to escape and is able to with the help of her brother and his best friend - our MMC Vic.
Rosie stays with Vic, against her own wishes, but soon learns to adapt the situation and starts to make a life by making her own choices in the new town. She gets a job, or a few, makes a few friends, and drives our MMC Vic crazy with frustration and worry. We learn that Vic was Rosie’s penpal for years, and she doesn’t know it, and over the years he has fallen for his best friends sister.
The romance that slowly develops as he helps her with her bucket list of “firsts”.

“She’s my forever”

“After years of playing the good girl, it’s exhilarating to let go and not worry about what others think or how they perceive me.”

When you combine a motorcycle club and the mafia ... you get this book. Now tell me that doesn't sound enticing?

Rosie, our FMC, comes from one of the most dominant and feared my families. However , that's not the life that she wants and so she flees it with the help of her brother. What happens next totally changes and alters the course of her life. It also helps her discover a lot about herself.

Cue music because in walks Vic (our MMC), her brother's best friend. He's everything you want ... moody and broody, loving and possessive in all of the best ways. When the magnetic attraction between these two starts hitting, you're strapped in for the ride with them. The banter and the tension was just so delectable.

I am personally so obsessed with mafia books that I ate this up in two days. It was everything I wanted and was looking for in a mafia romance related book. I definitely recommend it.

🖤 ARC Review - Thank you!

OMG!!! I ATE THIS UP AND LEFT NO CRUMBS!

Rosie and Vic's love story was everything I didn't know I needed. I cannot believe this is Amarie's debut novel! LIKE EXCUSE ME MA'AM!

Rosie is a sheltered, abused mafia princess of one of the most powerful mafia families. She has tried to escape her terrible father and arranged marriage multiple times and finally succeeded thanks to the appearance of her long-lost brother. Her brother takes her to a small town to hide out with his closest friend and frankly the only person he trusts to keep her safe, Vic.

Vic is Rosie's brother's best friend. They were locked up together and unbeknownst to Rosie, her pen pal and best friend. She told him all of her secrets and in turn Vic opened up to her like he never has with anyone else. He is all of her firsts and just so happens to be all of her lasts too.

The chemistry, the slow-burn, the yearning, the pining....ugh!!!! Soooo good!

Wow! Brilliantly epic forbidden love-story between Rosie a mafia princess promised to another, and the magnetic man Vic who ignites her soul. This story had me on the edge of my seat from page 1 until the end, the writing was seamless, everything came together beautifully
Until Rosie met Vic, after escaping from her prison cell of a life, to the small corners of a little rustic town, a forbidden bond blooms between them fueled by a love/hate relationship and a longing too dangerous to name.
In a world where every desire is a betrayal, to want is a sin, these two are left grappling with the impossibility of their love..both left to navigate the treacherous waters of forbidden passion, deep friendship, on the edges of chaos torn between loyalty, duty (to her brother, & his best bud) her freedom and the insatiable need to be together, they both can’t have….So easier said than done.

Arc!!

- Mafia/MC Club
- He Tattoos Her
- Pen Pals

Thank you, Amarie, for allowing me to read this ARC!!!

This book is a really good read! It has a tiny bit of Mafia and MC Club, BUT NO dark Content AT ALL. It has an ok amount of spic,e and it was character-driven. I look at this book as more of a beginner romance book and there is NOTHING wrong with that. This was exactly what I needed as a book cleanser and I loved every minute

It wouldn't be a Salty and Spice Review if I weren't completely honest, and the only downfall for this book would be that it was VERY fast paced for m,e and that I wished I had more details on the Mafia/MC side and the past that is brought up so much. The ending felt a little rushed too. Even with this said, I did enjoy this book and can't wait for book 2!!!

Mafia, Motorcycle Gang and Morally Gray. What else do you need! I wouldn’t necessarily say this is your typical dark romance more of a dark themes throughout book.

Rosie is our FMC who runs away from her mafia family with the help of her brother. Vic (Total Swoon) is her brother’s best friend who she lives with while in hiding. While in hiding we see Rosie and Vic fall for each other through banter and one upping one another every chance they got.

I do feel like the last 1/4 of the book was rushed and the plot involving Rosie’s dad got lost in the rush. I’m looking forward to Alexa and Gage’s story which is the next release.

If you’re looking for a quick read, minimal but hot spice where he falls first, then this is your book!

Two of my favorite tropes in one book — mafia and MC. A nice twist to mafia romance.

Rosie, our FMC, is the daughter one of the most dangerous crime families. She wants freedom over her life and runs away from her controlling father. Vic, our MMC, is Rosie’s brother, Gage’s best friend. He is broody, has a dark past and a secret.

When Gage sent Rosie to Vic after she fled from her father, things began to heat up between the two of them even though they tried to keep boundaries.

I enjoyed the author’s writing in this one. And holy smokes can’t believe it’s her debut. She kept me fully engaged with the story and this book was hard to put down. I would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys these troupes. A hot read!

Rosie escapes her father’s house and arranged marriage, only to be found by her brother who leaves her in the care of his best friend. Having traded one prison for another, she is determined to try to get as much living done as possible, before she can be thrust back into the life she sought to leave behind.

Vic spend years in prison writing secret letters to his cellmate’s sister, so when said friend calls and asks if Vic can keep an eye on her, he can’t refuse. After a terrible first impression, his plans to tell her that he was her penpal go out the window.

While I typically prefer books with stronger FMCs, I actually enjoyed Rosie’s character, showing true strength, despite her innocence. Vic also showed an unexpected vulnerability that helped make his character more real.

I loved this read! I couldn't put it down. It was such a cute read. I am obsessed with Vic. He has a little piece of my heart now haha.

I loved all the characters, can't help but have a soft spot for all the club guys. Would love to go deeper in their lives too. The plot was cute. Vic is just so sweet to her. The spice is light. Light description.
The only bummer is we don't learn anymore about the women that helped in that situation. Who was she?! I must know! Lol
Overall absolutely loved it and I'm excited for Gage and Alexa's story. I'll definitely be keeping my eye out for it.

THIS IS A DEBUT BOOK!? 😮 I wouldn’t have guessed that at allllll! This book had me right from the first chapter! Rosie, sweet innocent badass princess! I absolutely loved her! Watching her grow as a character was so fun! And Vic, hot, grumpy, tattooed biker 🥵 yes pleaseeee!! I loved his character. I truly felt for him and everything he went through. I loved watching Rosie bring out the other side of him 🥰 The banter, the flirting, just everything with these two was perfect. I just wish we could have gotten more at the end!! Overall the book was a great read and k definitely think you need to pick this one up! I can’t wait for Gage and Alexa’s love story! 😍
