Typical mafia rival, kidnapping, forced marriage story. It was an ok read for me. Nothing special. Yes we have spice and touch-her-and-die moments. This authors books are all over the place for me. Most are eh, but every once in a while I'll get once that's a 4 star. This one was of the prior group - meh. Best parts were with Gianna and the doggos. The terrible twins and their personality changes later were annoying.

Writing felt very unrealistic and juvenile - like a sitcom. Not my type of mafia romance at all. Why is Leo letting the twins and staff get away with treating Gianna like that? They suddenly flipped teams at the end and liked Gianna? Idk there should have been a confrontation between the twins and Leo - if there was, we didn’t see it. Whatever blerb I read to make me want to read this book definitely didn’t hit or wasn’t even in it

A kidnapping if a mafia princess, their attraction was instant and this would change their lives forever
Leonid Ivanov had thought that kidnapping Gianna who was on her way to marry an Irish Mafia leader to form an alliance between their families, to strengthen their hold and importance over others in their business.
Leo had been surprised by Gi and the way in which she has stood up to him the morning of her waking in a strange house with a man she had never net before and with a obvious feeling of animosity all around because of the war between her brother-in-law and the Ivanov’s. He was planning on using her as a bargaining chip but it seemed that neither her fiancé or her father was in any rush to find out where she was, who had kidnapped her it was totally unexpected.
As Gi started to mix more with the household she soon learned that she was not welcome, unexpectedly as she spent time with Leo, she was drawn to him and when she me Marvel and saw the joy he expressed playing with the pup he’d rescued she saw the inner man and her feeling continued to grow into far more than simply friendship.
As Gi decides that she has met the man that will change her life if he is given the chance, she wants to spend the rest of her life with him but knows that she will have a great deal of opposition from the twins who would die for Leonid.
However, the threat was to come from an un recognised threat one of his longtime men and as had as she has fought, she had been taken and the war had intensified between the Russians and the Sicilians and it was all so unnecessary.
I guarantee that you will be captivated by the story and the solution to the problem, it is very much the influence of Gi and her sister over their two men and some very tactical ultimatums. Still if they saved lives and property and brought together Mafia families it had to be a better option than war.
I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the wonderful writing.

A Love Born in Captivity -
Leonid’s plan was to kidnap his rival mafia boss’s sister in law and use her as a pawn to teach him a lesson, but his plans started to change after he met Gianna and started spending time with her. Even though Gianna was scared after finding herself captive in the clutches of Leonid, she wasn’t prepared to show fear and as such pushed back against all the requests they made to her. However, Gianna’s feelings started changing the more time she spent in close proximity with Leonid.
Unfortunately, not everyone was happy about Leonid and Gianna's budding relationship, which led to numerous incidents that caused her to question her relationship with him. Nevertheless, Gianna realised Leonid’s true love for her when he did everything within his power to get her back after her family took her away, then proposed to her and helped her make her dreams come true.
That was a highly intensely emotional story, where innovative and enervating actions lead to danger and violence, and romantic feelings and family betrayals test the resolve of the characters. I felt like I had just been on a rollercoaster ride, but I still wanted to go for another ride. If you are looking for a Tarantino worthy reading experience, then this book is definitely for you.

Leonid is the kind of brutal protector you can't help but root for. Despite the violence that surrounds him, his tenderness toward Gianna and his rescue dog gives him surprising depth. He’s not just a monster — he’s a man fighting to reclaim something pure in a world that’s anything but.
Gianna, for her part, is no wide-eyed damsel. She challenges Leonid, pushes back against the life she was forced into, and refuses to play the obedient mafia princess.
While the setup leans into familiar tropes (kidnapping, surprise pregnancy, rival mafias), the execution is sharp and emotional, elevated by the characters’ chemistry and personal arcs. There isn't a lot of spice, but the tension and build-up make up for it in the limited scenes.

"Savage Bratva King" is a compelling narrative set within the framework of organized crime that is sure to engage readers on an emotional level. The protagonist, Leo, embarks on a vendetta against Gianna's brother-in-law and subsequently abducts her upon her arrival back to Chicago. Unbeknownst to him, this act will lead to an unexpected romantic entanglement. The intense emotions that develop between the two characters occur amidst the looming threat of conflict. This enemies-to-lovers storyline is exceptionally well-crafted and inspires a desire to support their journey. I highly recommend this book; it promises to be a rewarding read.

OMG this was another great book. It was a steamy page turner and the suspense was so intense. I was on the edge of my seat and I couldn't even put it down. The book cover got my attention and it was an eye candy. I just falling in love with these characters. Gianna and Leonid was and Irish Mafia boss who wanted to form alliance between all of these others families. Her life was in danger but he was intrigued with her beauty. She never thought that she would be fallen in love with him in this moment. Will she be able to escape this madness between all these mafia families and the world they lived in.

This book was a solid mafia romance that kept me hooked from start to finish. Gianna’s tough as hell and not some weak-ass damsel, which I appreciated. Leonid is the kind of rough, controlling alpha you love to hate but can’t stop rooting for. The whole kidnapping and mafia war backdrop added plenty of tension, and the slow burn between them was pretty damn satisfying. I liked that it wasn’t overly violent or gross for no reason, which can happen in these stories. The side characters, especially the sisters, brought some chaos that made things interesting. The ending felt a bit rushed for me, but tbh, it was a damn good read with enough heat and drama to keep things spicy. I’ll definitely keep an eye out for more from this author.

Gianna and Leonid are all kinds of hot! Off the charts hot!! If you are a fan of dark mafia romance then dive right into this one! From the first page right till the end, you will be hooked!! Arranged marriage, possessive MMC, defiant FMC, betrayal, revenge, deceit, surprise pregnancy, lots of steamy spice, and all the angst and drama you could possibly want!! So good! I love a good touch her and die vibe in my books and this one did not disappoint!!.

Savage Bratva King is fantastic! Leonid and Gianna are fantastic! Gianna is utter perfection as fmc. She is FIERCE and completely perfect for Leonid. He's such a great match for her as well. The chemistry between them is palpable and the way they interaction between them is felt in every way. Each book I read by this author is better than the one before and this one is no exception. Leonids intentions turn into something far greater once he gets his hands on Gianna and their journey explodes in a huge way! I absolutely recommend this read.

Such a great book. Gianna is the woman meant for Leo. He needed his heart broken open to love and to a woman who is real, honest, and strong as steel, but also his soft place to land. Gianna wanted a man who truly loved her for who she is, not for her name and family. And though it may not have started that way, it is how it ended. And, of course, life would not be complete without Marvel and Lucky in the mix.

He wanted to show the enemy he meant business so he took her. The two families are at war and she is now right in the middle. They have a lot to get thru and I would love to see what their future holds.

The perfect mafia book. I think it’s an age gap, but honestly don’t care either way. Grumpy alpha anti-hero that absolutely falls first, kidnapped girl with a back bone, backstabbings, betrayal, passion and heat, with the perfect HEA.
I loved all the characters in this book, even those we love to hate. I wish I knew what had happened to the mole though.

Unexpected but Ready to Burn the World
Gianna is kidnapped and Leonid had intended to use her until she broke, but oh how the tables have turned, and boy was I here for it. Fueled with suspense and danger, this story starts out with an enemies-to-lovers vibe but gradually develops into something deeper. It was entertaining and I could not put it down.

Not gonna lie..... I like Leonid, for all his tough strong brutal exterior he's really a softie inside especially for his "asset" Gianna aka his enemy's sister in law.
This story is beautiful, an not the same as other Bratva/Mafia adventures. There's love and hate, peace and war, problems and solution everneeded to be awesome.

Absolutely loved this book, thoroughly drawn in from start to finish and couldn’t put it down. Leonid and Gianna’s chemistry is off the charts.
Recommend it to anyone who enjoys a dark mafia romance and if you haven't read one before then this is a great place to start.

Leonid took Gianna his enemies daughter from them making an aliance with the Irish, he kept her captive and playing little games claiming parts of her he never knew he craved but when she's taken from him he'll burn the world down to get her back. Well written steamy captive enemies to lovers mafia romance.

Leonid and Gianna's story start with her kidnapped whilst on a plain, never reaching her destination and drugged.
A great story from start to finish with lots of surprises along the way with two warring mafia families at war.
As usual with Vivy Skys you get an amazing story and I would highly recommend reading it.

If you like the dark mafia, arranged marriage and revenge this is a story for you. Once I started I was hooked from beginning. Gianna and Leonoid romance was filled with chemistry. The MMC was your possessive touch her and die type. These too had spice in their romance.

This is one mafia romance book that you are not going to be able to get out of your head once read about Gianna and Leonid. The suspense, surprises and secrets will keep you reading and reading until you hit the very end all so you can find out how everything comes full circle for the characters. Trust me this is one book you must be reading by Vivy.

This is a new to me author and I enjoyed this book a lot. Nothing better than a dark alpha man who kidnaps his enemy's daughter, and let all the unexpected action, chemistry and twists and turns that keep you on the edge of your seat.
I started this book and couldn't put it down. Nothing better to have a couple that you enjoy every moment that they experience. I highly recommend!!
