Interesting look at Columbus over time, with a good perspective on where we are now

A quick read, "Columbus in 50 Maps" will teach long-time residents, recent arrivals, or curious outsiders something new about Columbus. Each group will find some maps more intriguing than others. I enjoyed the "Never-Built Transit" and the "Birthplace of Every Crew and Blue Jacket Player" maps.

I learned a lot about my city from this little book. Some of my favorites were mounds and earthworks, expanding borders, easy day trips, Literary columbus, and Wednesday sirens (a map of all the tornado sirens that are tested every Wednesday at noon--a Columbus staple.
