As someone who’s worked in toxic and uplifting environments, Happiness Inc. was a breath of fresh air. I’ve always believed that how people feel at work matters, but this book gave that belief real structure and science. I liked that the author shows you how to create work happiness, step by step. I really felt this read practical and grounded and I would totally recommend it to my friends and family.
I manage a small team, and I’ve already started using some of the tips from the book. Just small shifts in how I give feedback and foster connection have made a noticeable difference in morale. I've learnt a lot with this read. It has reminded me that profitability and positivity aren’t opposites; they actually fuel each other. All in all, this is a book I truly recommend reading.
