Who you gonna call, Gerri Wilder that's who and so Gretchen did. She is moving to Maverick Point and going to finally have her own Hair Salon as has been her dream forever, besides her bestie lives there and she told her all about how Gerri had matched her with her hunk of a man and was now expecting her first child.
But Gerri never got back to her, so she's on her own which means she'll probably scare em' away like she always does...She's a big girl who is not afraid to parade her wears and her mouth as well. That's why when the long haired bearded hunk walks into her shop, she is left opened mouthed after she cuts his hair and shaves his face to find a gorgeous GQ type and when he asks her out even more so.
Never in his life had Reg imagined that following orders from that squint of a woman to go get his hair cut and his beard shaved, that he would find his mate..And much less that the human would go out with him that night.... He had to follow Mrs Wilde's instructions on telling Gretchen about shifters and mates before he made a move....Problem was the seductress was willing to take him on and his tiger couldn't wait.....
Will Gretchen survive the bite, only those fated by the gods could survive it. Gerri still has it going on.

A gift from fate
These tigers just keep getting better. I love how the traitor finds redemption and how we get to see the author continue the storyline from the previous books in this one. She continues to build the characters, making them even more relatable, and I can’t wait to read all about any future pairings that come from the rest of the pride. I really enjoyed the comparison to a lion who loves his locks and I can only hope that the author will be bringing some lions our way in the future. No matter who is in her next book, I can’t wait to read it.

When I started reading this story, I could not put it down. I read the book in one day. This author is an awesome writer. I can not wait to read more of their books. Keep up the great work. You should definitely read this book.

Gretchen was a friend of Elissa who was mated to Hunter! Gretchen moved to the same town and opened a salon. She sent a letter to the matchmaker that Elissa had used asking her to find her a man too! Gerri sent Reg to get a haircut at Gretchen’s salon, his tiger said that she was his mate. They went out to dinner and bed after that his tiger took over and did the claiming bite before he had a chance to explain everything to her. She was his fated mate because she turned into a tiger after the bite, ten one of the pride tried to mess with her thoughts about Reg but they worked it out and then she understood what mates really meant. So everything was great!

Gretchen and Reg were a really cute story. I totally fell for Reg, which considering what we have had from him in previous books, was impressive. Funny enough, what made him such an idiot in previous books made him adorable in this one. He's trusting, somewhat clueless and just generally sweet natured. Don't get me wrong they had some wonderfully sexy moments. Slight spolierish.....
The "bad guys" in this one was pretty upsetting but what I think was the worst was that no one in the top of the pride seemed to realize how enmeshed Blake's influence was.

This is the 3rd book in the Maverick Pride series and it just keeps getting better.
This is a beautifully written book. The characters have so much going for them,
The chemistry is just off the charts as they should be.
You also get intrigue, betrayal, love and redemption.
Looking forward to the next in the series.

Cute. 109pgs. She's a human just arrived in the city. Her best friend lives there, but unknown to her her friend has mated a shifter and has been transformed into a tiger shifter. There is some maneuvering to get her and the H together. It's insta-love and misunderstandings and bad guys until they get their hea.

A fast read ( a whole evening or several lunch times ) that contains non stop action, romance and fun. A big confident heroine and a strong somewhat clutzy hero that messes up whenever he possibly can but is full of love for his human mate . There is a story before this one but this can easily be read as a stand alone. Light and perfect to lift your mood as you read it

I've read several books written by C.D. Gorri; she has done a great job at writing a good book; she is becoming one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read more of books her books.
The story line caught my attention at the very beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book.

Gretchen takes over the salon and wants to make it a success. Reg asks her out. She's in disbelief about shifters, but becomes a believer. Insecurities and poor communication play a significant role in the story line.

Absolutely loved this book so much and had been waiting for it that I read and couldn’t put it down! Reg finds his fated mate with Gretchen, his Nauru’s human best friend. She has no clue about shifters but she will find out pretty fast. Great read!

"Gretchen has searched for love her entire life, but what happens when the only man she wants thinks he’s a Tiger?" This was really good. Well written. First PDA World story I've read other than Milly Taidens'. Won't be the last. Great to read books with Gerri Wilder again. Well Done C.D. Gorri.

Gretchen and Reg have a rough start due to lack of communication, or rather, explanation. Then a "mean girl" gets in Gretchen's head and makes matters worse. Turns out remnants of Blake's trouble-making are still lurking around. This is a fantastic series.

I liked this short and quick paranormal story. It's a hot a steamy shifter romance. Overall, it's an enjoyable book. I think paranormal fiction fans will enjoy this.
Gretchen is a hairstylist who is starting her shop in a new town and hoping to find a guy she can be with. Reg is a tiger shifter who is also a bodyguard to his Pride's Nari. He had once betrayed his pride and now he fears that they will never trust him again so he tries harder. When the two of them meet, sparks fly. It is obvious that they are meant for each other.
It's a sweet romantic story and there isn't much angst involved. I think it's perfect for a lazy day.

I love this series! Dragons have always been my favorite. The tigers just jumped to second place. I was glad we got to see the better side of Reg. He really is a great guy. I thought him and Gretchen were a great match. However, the lack of communication between them made for a rocky start. A romance any shifter lover would enjoy. This is my honest opinion of an advanced copy I received.

Gretchen sends an email to Gerri asking for her matchmaking skills, as she has moved to Maverick and closer to her friend Elissa to start her own salon "Cut it Out". While Gerri didn't answer Gretchen's email directly, she did respond when she sent Reg to Gretchen's shop for a shave and a haircut. The moment that Reg smells and sees Gretchen and knows instantly that she is his Fated Mate.

shifter romances are awesome. I so love how she captures my attention from the cover to the very end of the end and keeps my enthralled and taking the journey right along with her characters. Uncle Uzzi is at it again with his match making. Reg is a tiger shifter and when Uncle Uzzi comes for a consultation he sees Reg and all but orders him to the salon for a much needed shave and hair trim. Gretchen is human and owner of Cut It Out Salon and Reg is her first client. When Reg sees Gretchen he knows that she is his mate.

Another purrfectly good addition to this fun series as Gerri Wilder works her magic on the Maverick Pride once again. The Nari's best friend, Gretchen, just moved to town and opened up her own salon. Thanks to some well-meaning interference, Reg ends up being her first customer. Reg knows he has to tread carefully with the human who doesn't know about shifters, but their attraction is just too hard to resist leading to an unexpected outcome. Gretchen may not know about shifters, but something is telling her Reg is the guy for her. The road to their HEA is a tad bumpy, but they get their eventually. I absolutely love this series and can't wait to see who Gerri pairs up next!

I loved Gretchen’s and Reginald’s story. Gretchen has finally opened her new salon called Cut It Out, Reginald is a tiger shifter he badly needed a hair cut and beard trim and when he steps into the salon and see’s Gretchen his tiger roared mate so Reginald asked Gretchen out on a date and of course she goes out with that sexy stud muffin. While they are in bed together Reginald’s tiger takes over and bites Gretchen then he tries to explain that he’s a tiger shifter and that she is his mate but Gretchen thinks that he is nuts. I ♥️♥️♥️ this story it’s chuckle worthy and these two characters are funny, this is a 5 plus ⭐️ read and I definitely recommend this book.

Gretchen is starting a new life in a new place doing the one things she loves to do. Reg is in a slump, feels like something is missing and he really wants to find his mate. Uncle Uzzi decides he needs to stir the pot and things get spinning fast! Mates are found in unexpected places and sometimes right in front of your nose! Things roll along and an ugly spot if found out and the Neta is outraged and wants to fix it. Things work out for the best.... a few females get a 2nd chance at life and others reap their punishment for heinous crimes. A very hot story about finding that right person in your life!.

Gretchen moved to Maverick Point to be near her best friend Elissa and to take adventage of the low rents in the area to open her own hair salon. Elissa had mentioned Uncle Uzzi who had help her meet her husband and feeling alone Gretchen writes to him asking if he can help her. Tiger shifter Reg has been appointed to guard Elissa the Nari of the Pride and when he finds her having tea with Uncle Uzzi they both suggest that he get his overgrown hair and beard cut and send him to the newly opened salon run by he friend.

Gretchen moved to Maverick Point to be near her best friend Elissa and to take adventage of the low rents in the area to open her own hair salon. Elissa had mentioned Uncle Uzzi who had help her meet her husband and feeling alone Gretchen writes to him asking if he can help her. Tiger shifter Reg has been appointed to guard Elissa the Nari of the Pride and when he finds her having tea with Uncle Uzzi they both suggest that he get his overgrown hair and beard cut and send him to the newly opened salon run by he friend.

Another wonderful story of the Maverick Pride Tale. Gretchen has moved to Maverick Point to be close to her best friend, Elissa. Gretchen opens up a salon. Reg is a tiger shifter who needs to make amends and earn the trust of the pride after his mistakes. Love Uncle Uzzi who comes for a consultation and tell Reg to get to the new salon and get a haircut. Best thing that Reg did as he smells his mate the minute he walks in. Will Gretchen be able to love a tiger shifter? Can Reg convince her to be him mate? Loved the story. Can't wait to read the next story, Perrfectly Caught.
