It was so lovely to finally have this book in my hands, and just as lovely to read it. I flew through it very quickly, as it’s such an easy and engaging read. That said, I did find it quite repetitive at times. Having already watched all of her videos across the platforms and read so many of her interviews, a lot of the content felt familiar. Even so, I still enjoyed reading it and appreciated having everything gathered together in one place.

This isn’t a normal book, this is more like a hand book and shows you how to spot a NARC, for someone who has lived with one for 15 years, this would have been a good start of my journey before I was even out.
