An illuminating guide for better relationships!

I have to say I’ve learned a lot about my relationship patterns throughout the pages of this book. Things are making much more sense now when I realise that most of the people I’m closest to have avoidant tendencies. The workbook is very thorough with prompts to help you understand the signs when you get activated/deactivated and the steps to take to make changes on your behavior. This is an illuminating guide for better relationships connections.

really insiteful

I like how this book breaks down avoidant attachment issues. I really enjoyed the daily activities and the strategies on how to make behavioral changes which is really unique and very helpful. This really brought some helpful tools to add to my repertoire. It’s a good book.
