Alright 😅 I kept going back and forth on whether to rate Unmarked 4 or 5 stars. In the end, I landed on ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because—despite a few flaws—it completely held my attention. I devoured this book so fast. From the very first page, it pulls you in and doesn’t let go. The writing has that hook-you-in energy that’s hard to resist.
The MMC and FMC? Intense. Strong. And absolutely here for the vibes. 🔥 I loved their dynamic—it felt bold and different without being overdone. The FMC especially stood out. She and her best friend bring this fun, witchy energy 🧙♀️ to the page, and it was so refreshing to see a main character with a unique vibe and personality that broke away from the usual molds.
The ending? Chef’s kiss. 👏 It took a turn I didn’t totally expect, and it wrapped things up in a way that was both satisfying and smart. I appreciated that the story didn’t try too hard to shock for the sake of it—it flowed naturally into a really solid conclusion. 🎯
Now… the reason I almost gave it 4 stars is because the plot felt a little rushed 😬. I would’ve loved more depth—some extra time to build tension and get to know the side characters more. It didn’t feel quite as fully fleshed out as it could’ve been.
Still, it was a great, quick read—a refreshing change of pace when you’re not in the mood for something super heavy or slow.
Definitely recommend if you're into witchy vibes, fast pacing, and fierce leads that don’t hold back. 💫
