Wheels: Reinvented: How To Heal Your Messed-Up Childhood Without Therapy

Rate this book
Since the beginning of time, successful individuals have managed not just to survive childhood trauma without therapy, but to truly thrive beyond it. Part self-help manual, part memoir of a Children of God cult survivor, Onami’s Reinvented restores the simple, ancient technology for processing and releasing childhood traumas quickly, privately, and alone.

Reinvented offers non religious, step-by-step processes for diagnosing and healing trauma.

Onami escaped the notorious Children of God cult at age 13. After struggling for fifteen years to find healing, she devoted her adult life to making esoteric secrets easy to understand and practical to apply. She runs the occult business school Safehouse with her husband and three children.

Fuckin banger! Been following Onami’s content for probably six months now, read thru her free Enneagram ebook & got this one as soon as it came out. Incredibly helpful & to the point with practical methods for identifying where you’re blocked & how those blockages manifest in one’s life. I really appreciate how body-centric her approach is, recognizing that these blocks are largely physical & emotional, whereas other teachers can be all heady & only focused on the mental, intellectual problem which *cannot* resolve the chakra issues or other trauma entirely. Onami is one of the most radical, exciting, entertainingly foul-mouthed & powerful esoteric teachers working today, very much the type of teacher I vibe with. Her work has helped me directly & I intend to dig into more of her work.

Such an impactful book. I learned so much from this book- simple, and easy to follow also engaging. I am so glad I read this and I already notice the difference when I use what I learned here with my clients. Honestly, I learned and integrated how to actually process trauma in this book than I did in my 2 years of grad school to become a therapist- ha!
