This review is based only on the story by Carrie Ann Ryan.
This one was short, filled with lots of drama and secrets. I wasn't sure what was going on at the start, not sure if Kate and Sawyer were enemies or something different. Quickly you could tell it was the latter. They seemed good together, but Sawyer had his secrets and wasn't letting Kate in by telling her them and she knew he was holding part of himself back. Of course things came out in the worst way possible, causing Sawyer to spill all in a heartbreaking tale. And he couldn't accept that he was allowed to be happy, so he pushed Kate away. More drama happened and Sawyer was forced to confront his feelings for Kate and luckily she forgave him, which allowed them both to end up happy and together.
𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞 is a super brief, yet emotional and passionate novella set in the Montgomery Ink Legacy series by Carrie Ann Ryan, featuring Kate and Sawyer’s story, published as part of the 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗩𝗼𝗹. 𝟭: 𝗔 𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗘 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆. In just 5 short chapters, these characters went on a full roller coaster ride of angst, undeniable chemistry, suppressed feelings, major secrets and surprises all wrapped up in a covert relationship between two people who may or may not be on the same page. It was great to revisit this world that I love, but the profound emotion just deserved more time! I needed more from this couple! Gah!😍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌶🌶.5
especially loved "Accepting Allie", Service animals are very dear to me as my daughter has a beautiful 5-year-old female pitbull named Tryangle she has raised from its birth. it's so unfair how people think they're free to interfere with working dogs. Hopefully, with great stories like Accepting Allie, we can educate the public about Service Animals
I bought this book for Carrie Ann Ryan's book. I loved the extra look into another book in the Montgomery series. After reading it, I read several more of the books in this anthology. There were a few that I couldn't get into after reading the first chapter, so I just went on to the next book.
