Here, in, at, or to this place or position.

Truce Wright is soft when it comes to who he loves, and ruthless when it comes to everything else. The kind of man who’ll build Sanai a safe space with one hand and tear the world down with the other. He isn’t a man that folds, not even when the past comes knocking like it still has a key.

Forever, for all future time; for always.

Sanai Lee is learning how to breathe in love again. She’s no longer asking to be saved, she’s choosing to stay open, even when it hurts. With enemies watching and old wounds reopening, she’s learning that peace doesn’t come without a fight.

Lust brought them here. Love built the foundation. Now, they must decide which will stand the test of time, the challenges of life, the test of loyalty, or the power of love.

‘There was nothing sassy about loving a black woman out loud. These ninjas just be gay and in love with the homeboys. The world pins struggle love on black women but, the truth is, they are more deserving of limitless and genuine love than anyone else on earth. They deserve the simple shit. Kisses of reassurance, hugs to remind them of our protection, dick that took away their senses. Black women deserved to have bad days without being labeled as angry. The same infatuation given to everyone else should’ve been given to them.’ Except, it wasn’t but there was no other realm of women who could hold the same weight as a black woman. They’re magical. Matchless. Mutha’f*ckin’ mighty queens.’ That’s it. That’s the review. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

— I love me some Sanai and Truce. This book only made me love and respect them more. I love the growth of the characters and their relationship from book 1. I can’t wait to see where book 3 leads us.

Zee does it again… idk I might be biased but anything she writes I eat down. She she writes is gold. I eats. She knows how to write a black man. A black king. And the way she pens her FMC! Love it down. But Truce? The way he loves Sanai is something you can only hope you get to experience in real life.

OH, I’m glad that trick whom shall not be named got what was coming to her. That is all. Go read but make sure before diving in, you read When He’s Not There.

Sanai and Truce

Zee know she can write a book ! When every single book in your catalog is a 5 star read… you’re definitely THAT GIRL ! Here Forever is the follow up to When he’s not there. Here we got to see Truce love Sanai through her pain and vice versa. We got to witness them boss up even more and more importantly… heal. Sanai went through a lot in book one… book two, Truce made sure she got her happily ever after and made everybody who wronged her pay for it.

Truce & Sanai have that ride or die type vibe! !!!!
This was a great short read.
I love the growth we saw from Sanai. She was dealing with lot of dysfunctional situations and still managed to be the boss she is!

I love the lick back. Those villains deserve what they got!

Now i definitely can’t wait for book 3 👀

Lovebirds

A great read. I love them and their growth individually and together. *spoiler* I am very happy that we got to see them actually grow without an immediate pregnancy. Sometimes with urban romance books the main character is pregnant so quickly we don’t get to see the characters and their actual relationship develop. I hope we can see them married and enjoying life and then a baby.

Whew… the way Truce did NOT play about Sanai?! Book 2 gave what needed to be GIVEN. Period.

Here Forever picks up right after When He’s Not There and let me tell you—the drama from Book 1 spilled right into this one. But it wasn’t just mess—it was love, growth, and healing.

Truce showed us what it means to love someone through their pain. The way he stood beside Sanai, especially when she wanted to push everyone away, was beautiful. His support for her mental health, his protection, his patience? Top tier.

Sanai went through a lot—and in Book 2, she got the healing, the love, the money, and the vengeance she deserved. Truce made sure everyone who hurt her paid for it, and I was clapping every step of the way.

This was more than just a romance—it was about finding peace after the storm and standing ten toes down for the one you love.

Zee Reneé did it again!

Whew…. How could I forget how much Ioved these two? 😍 This continuation of their story was everything! Truce!! Is still the damn man, handling business, caring, and loving Sanai with his whole heart.

I wondered what would become of Jaxon and Yara after the last read, and well….. Yara got that ass beat just like I knew she would. Jaxon…. got what he deserved as well.

Although Sanai had some ups and downs, she really grew and healed in this read, and I was so happy for her. When we met Shell, I was like who the hell is she? Then she opened her mouth spewing all that hatred, and I wanted her to just fall off the face of the earth hurting my girl like that!! 🤬 She is one of the worst egg donors I’ve seen yet. 😤 Ohhhh... the ending! ❤ Can’t wait to see what book 3 brings. 👍🏾👍🏾

This is a follow up to the novella When He's Not There. I'm so glad we got this follow up because it answered some of my questions. I smiled like the Grinch when Sanai had her talk with her "friend." The soundtrack and her actions in that moment were the perfect combination.

I loved Truce's vulnerability with Sanai. He didn't want her to see him grieving his brother but she didn't let him hide from her. They were really there for each other when they needed it.

One thing about Tru Tru & Nai is that they didn't play about each other. Everybody was getting it and it was deserved. I enjoyed this story and I can't wait to read the next installment.

Play Monica x for you I will

I absolutely love them… they are really the calm to each others storm… a person who don’t play with you or about your is really always top tier for me. They both poured into each-other and making sure they both felt seen and heard. Love really has no set time … when you know you just know ❤️..
EVERYBODY who crossed them and played in their face got exactly what they deserved 🤷🏾‍♀️… I don’t feel bad for a soul.

I am glad we got to dive deeper into Truce and Sanai's story! The way they love each other, one can only hope to experience in a lifetime.
I am also glad we got to dive deeper into both of their background story a little more! I can't wait to see what's next for them!

Here Forever

I loved the pace of this book. Truce came through as the MAN that he was in book one & Sanai showed how much fire she possessed! Both of the were able to grow together in friendship, partnership, love & lifetime partners. The introduction of Anya had me baffled at first & the revelations that followed made me laugh, cry, cuss, made me wanna trip out. I’m glad everyone held accountability for their actions. I’m ready to experience the full, exclusive Wright Way!

Omggggg! This was the perfect Part 2 that we needed! I absolutely love how Truce affirms Sanai and how he wasn’t scared to let her go despite everything happening! Truce is definitely the standard. He does not play around lol. He loved her out loud and from Day 1! And they both nasty.. it balances each other out. I literally couldn’t put this book down. I was entertained from beginning to end. They will forever live rent free in my mind. I loved it so much.

Truce and Nai found love in each other even when Nai’s past threatened both of their livelihoods Truce stood 10 toes down and handled shit. It’s refreshing seeing a woman loved despite her faults. He affirmed her and showed her what a man does for his better half. I’m glad Nai was able to rectify her relationship with her sister. And I, also glad she whipped Yara ass. She needed that, praying she doesn’t become an issue in book 3!

amazing

I enjoyed this book so much. I was so upset about her mother betraying her like that. I love the fact that her man stood 10 toes down about her and did not play. The part that got me the most when I realized that Truce was related to Kylo and Kaivon. It make a lot of sense why he liked that. I'm happy Sanai finally got a happy ending.

Truce Stands on Business

Truce was not playing behind Sanai. Mr. Stand on Business and Mr. Talk Her Through It.
Loved seeing Sanai’s growth as well as Truce’s vulnerability. He is literally not afraid to say what he truly feels. I love that for Sanai.
Also, I appreciated Sanai being able to get closure for some of her challenges.

10/10 would recommend. Read When He’s Not There first, because they flow into each other beautifully. I LOVE Truce and Sanai sooooo much. I needed this book, I was feigning. Skinning and grinning the whole book. Ready for The Wright Way.

It’s a beautiful love story. Truce doesn’t play about Sanai. I did feel like this book was unnecessarily wordy & there were times that I wanted to DNF it. A little more drama would’ve been nice too. Overall it’s a good book, but I wouldn’t read it again.

Truce & Sanai were PERFECT for one another. I loved that when she had her moment, he let her have it but stayed by her side the entire time. They have a love that never stops giving and I’m here for it all! I can’t wait to see where life has in store for the two of them 🥰
