Meet Satsuki, a girl who can see (thanks to her eyes) who will die on a day. Which has caused her many a problem because people just don't believe her (which isn't so strange, how would you react if someone told you about your impending death). In this book we see her befriend a girl who she saved from decapitation (a very bubbly girl named Komachi-chan), but also see her meet other people including a bully (Shiina) who I wasn't a fan of and never will though she does bring out some bloodlust in the normally passive Satsuki and a girl who looks very aggressive but is just hiding things (Atou-san). I really enjoyed this manga, though I did feel for Satsuki that she could see those horrific things and thanks to that had this reputation. I just wanted to give her a hug (though I do hope she doesn't see my horrific death).
The art was pretty great.
I will keep on reading this one, curious to see what is next in Satsuki's life.

Ich mochte Satsukis Kräfte und wie sie damit umgegangen ist, wie sie stöndig ihr eigenes Leben riskiert hat, um das von den anderen zu retten. Ihre "Strom ist gefährlich"-Ausrede – legendär.
Die Charaktere waren gut auseinanderzuhalten und die Dynamiken zwischen Satsuki, Komako und Akira war sehr unterhaltsam. Komako ist eine liebe Seele und mag Satsuki aufrichtig, während Akira zu 100% hinter Satsuki steht. Wie Satsuki Akira angeboten hat, dass sie immer bei ihr Zuhause unterkommen kann, wenn sie einen Ort zur Zuflucht braucht... Mein Herz.
TW: häusliche Gewalt, Mobbing

Un manga molto carino, mi sta prendendo soprattutto perché vorrei diventare un medico legale quindi mi affascina come dal corpo si arrivi a capire le cause di morte, in questo caso il tutto è accompagnato da un velo di thriller ed esoterismo, quindi veramente top

Me gustó mucho el concepto, la muerte siempre es un tópico difícil de manejar, aunque lo veamos en todos lados, cuando metemos moral de por medio se vuelve mucho más fascinante, ¿qué estarías dispuesto a sacrificar por salvar una vida?

This is an amazing find! The element of seeing someone die before your eyes and knowing you can help them, yet they don't believe you!! There are so many great chapters where you are low-key shocked about how far this girl is willing to go (many times putting her own life on the line - something that needs to be spoken of more, the easy way she puts her wellbeing on the line)
That being said, I trust NONE. That moment where she shoved the bully underwater and then grabbed that knife thingy... I fully thought she offed her for a moment there! And when they are locked in the room with the girl she likes, and you can tell by the look in her eyes that shit is about to go DOWN. It did not end up being the moment then, but at some point this girl is about to SNAP big time

El haberlo arrancado tan emocionada por la combinación gore-yuri terminó siendo contraproducente, porque sabía que era Shōjo pero no TANTO.
En las primeras tres/cuatro páginas pusieron ALTAS imágenes gore con un conflicto que ilusionaba muchísimo, pero eso fue todo. A partir de ahí, el gore desaparece y el spicy de la historia también: no ocurre muerte alguna, no ocurre conflicto alguno más allá de la protagonista siendo tratada de mentirosa y "castigada" por profesores. Cuando parece que está por ocurrir algún conflicto interesante hacen uso y abuso del plotwist, lo que genera que al final no estés tan expectante a los próximos problemas, porque ya sabés que de una manera u otra lo van a aligerar.
En cuanto a la historia de "amor", todo apunta a un instalove tirado de los pelos por el simple hecho de que alguien le dio bola por primera vez en la vida. Preferiría mil veces que eso se termine y el romance se dirija hacia la bully.
Pongo 3 estrellas para no bajar tanto mi rating de Goodreads, pero es más bien un 2.5. No llega a 2 porque fue ligerito de leer y porque tengo esperanza de que la cosa remonte.
