Eat more, way less? This is a book after my own heart!

Any diet that says I can eat more and weigh less gets my vote and the author lays out the science behind the myth that lowering calorie intake versus reinvigorating the metabolism is the key to longterm weight loss. But who really cares if the food isn’t good? The photos are great and the recipes are delicious, with tips, nutritional info and ideas for substitutions to boost metabolism, minimize inflammation, and raise energy levels. There’s a 30-day meal plan and 70 recipes emphasizing complex carbs, healthy fats, and thermogenic spices (ginger, cayenne pepper, turmeric). Breakfasts, snacks and soups are followed by vegan and lean protein dishes for lunch or dinner. My personal favorite were the 15 desserts, from Dark Chocolate Avocado Mousse (a keeper in my recipe box) to easy No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars. Meal plans and shopping lists make it easy to get started, as does and a bonus fitness guide from the author. Highly recommend this one.

This book is exactly what I needed to finally tackle my sluggish metabolism without feeling deprived or stressed. The 30-day meal plan takes all the guesswork out of eating healthy, and the colorful, quick recipes make every dish feel exciting and satisfying. I love that the ingredients are simple and easy to find—no fancy shopping trips required. The bonus detox drinks and gentle workouts are a great extra touch that make the whole program feel doable for everyday life. If you want more energy, better digestion, and meals you actually look forward to, this guide is a game changer!
