War is coming to the Wizards of Arcadia. Will Kailee’s love be enough for Rek to fight for good, or will a powerful blood bond push him to fight for evil? Find out in this exciting final installment of The Arcadian Series.
Readers should most definitely pick up The Warrior! It is so intense and so great! I LOVE IT! Last night I had finished The Oracle and I am not a patient person so I messaged T. L. Coulter and she was already going to send me a paperback but I couldn't wait so I got the ebook while I wait for the paperback. As soon as she sent it to me, I started reading and even missed a whole class because I couldn't stop reading!
This series has the mother of cliff-hangers. I am not joking. First and second book have cliff-hangers that literally have you dangling on the edge of a cliff...or at least the feeling.
(I would have dropped the cup along with the plate.)
The story is there, the characters are there, the plot and conflict are there. It so unreal how attached the reader can get with the characters. You just can't let them go. I kept messaging the author, asking why she ripped my heart out with the events that were happening but it was a great ending! Everything fit perfectly with the series and story itself.
Something I must mention is the connection of the titles of the books to the characters. When I finished reading, I realized why those are the titles and how cool it was for the author to have thought of the idea to connect them so well!
Personally, I don't read wizard stories but decided to give this a chance and I am glad I did. Also, remember everything that happens in each book because things will happen in the first book that will be revealed on the second and third book. I love how the author gave each character enough lime-light so it wasn't centered on only one person or one couple. I got so many favorite couples in this series. I can't choose! Read and find out why I can't choose. I have two that...well three...okay, four. See?! I just can't! There's Gabe and Astrid, Rek and Kailee, Solomon and someone, Audric and someone, and Tasha and someone... What? I can't say it, guys. I don't want to spoil any of you.
But seriously, heed my warning. You must buy this series or forever regret your choice.
I've never been a huge lover of wizards/realms books, not because I don't like them and I just never found the one book that drags you into and won't let go... until now. This series is everything a reader wants! So much happens, it's flows fantastically. Although I wished some scenes maybe lasted a bit longer or more detail, that's just my personal greed wanting more and more. All three books tie in together very well, even the titles! (read them to find out what I mean.) The difference with 'The Arcadian Series' you don't follow one characters story, you follow many different characters. Sounds too much, but it's not. I found that each person/couple stories and backgrounds were beautifully thought out and had the perfect about of time spent of each one. I also found that I can't pick a favourite character or couple, you get so attached to each one which makes the ending of this series so much harder to cope with.
Now, if you're a lover of a happy ending and everything falling into place... read this series! 'The Warrior' took me on a very loopy and bumpy ride of emotions and at one point I found myself holding back some tears, (for those who have read it, one word... Ryan.) then thrown back into nothing but happiness! There is definitely some difficult and hard times throughout making the story so interesting, with all the different magic and powers you learn about as well... I just cannot talk this book up anymore!
Without giving to much of the story away, I'm confident that anyone who picks the first book up ('The Key') will get just as attached as every other reader and will need the next two books straight away. There's everything you want, love, drama, upset, happiness, war... everything! I'm truly sad to see this series come to an end, but it's been a privilege that I got the chance to been involved. The great news is the author, T.L. Coulter is writing another series and although it may be a while, I for one cannot wait to read more from her!
I loved this book so so much! I thought it was the perfect ending that a story could have. I thought the writing was beautiful, the story and the love was beautiful. I am truly sad to see this story end but I can't wait to read more from her. I sat down and read this in one sitting! it has literally been years since I have done that. perfection!!!
What a great ending! The Warrior really brought the entire series together. I loved the twists and turns. The author has a knack for character development. I enjoyed the diversity of the characters and the different powers they possessed. This is a quick and exciting read. I read it in one sitting. You won't be able to put the book down!
This book is the definition of a happily ever after. Overall it was a decent end to a simple yet exciting trilogy. It remains to be a wonderful novel trilogy ideally for young teenagers or even preteens. It is full of love, hatred, danger, and most of all, good vs evil.
As much as I love this series and the characters in it, the idea of good vs evil started to get a bit old for me. Everything was almost too black and white. The bad guys were simply bad due to a poison coursing through their veins, and the good guys were good in order to stop the bad guys from creating destruction. I have to say that I did like how the evil was not only "evil", and was a poison, but it still was a little too unexplained. That could also just be the simplicity of a young teen novel though.
I still love Kailee and Rek, Astrid and Gabe, Ryan and Tasha, and Audric and Cass. It's all perfect. It was a little convenient that everyone found their soulmates so easily, but you really can't help but love it and get a warm feeling inside. Everything is wrapped up perfectly in the epilogue that will leave you satisfied and happy for everyone.
There is lots of death in this book seeing as it is the final book in the trilogy. Both good and bad characters die, and everyone is put in danger. There really are lots of plot twists and unexpected events in this finale which I love!
If you are a fan of The Key and The Oracle, please, please, please read till the very end. This book comes to a perfect ending and will definitely make you smile. This is cliche teen paranormal romance at it's finest, and I loved it :)
Sigh....its always hard to finish a series you have grown to love, but TL Coulter ties everything up wonderfully!!
With all the surprises at that end of The Oracle I wasn't sure what was going to happen next for our friends in Arcadia!! Malik is out to ruin everyone's life because of the terrible choices his brother made when they were younger, shaping him into the the evil person his is today. I was glad this book takes a deeper look into the past in order for us to get a better look into why Malik is the way he is, I almost feel bad for the hand he was dealt. This book keeps you on your toes waiting for the realms to go to war. There were a couple parts that were pretty heartbreaking during the final battle between good and evil, causing me some emotional ups and downs. Thankfully there are a few surprise twists that brought my emotions back in check. The Warrior is a heartfelt ending to a great series!! With lots of love to go around in this series, I was so thrilled that my two favorite couples happily ended up together (I can't tell you who or it would be a spoiler for the surprise twists I'm talking about). A big thanks to TL Coulter for bringing me into Arcadia, I loved every second. I am excited to see what you come up with next in The Assassin Series!
The Arcadian series is an awesome storyline. This book is an excellent finish to the series. The ending in this book is so satisfying! I highly recommend this book to those that appreciate happy endings.
