4 ⭐️ Woven in Woodbridge is such a great coming of age story! Throughout the book you go through all the emotions and ups & downs of grief, love and friendship. I thought the story line was just so cute and sweet with a little twist at the end. I love the element of cozy small town romance. I adored all of the characters so much. What I really loved about the book is that Elizabeth's writing style was descriptive and it felt like I was there and could visualize the story perfectly as I read along. I am very eager to pick up book 2 to see how the story unfolds! I understand that this is a self-published debut novel, which is amazing, so I did not take the grammatical errors into consideration when rating this book. In the next book, I'm hoping to see more character development/depth and an interesting plot, with the way this story ended. Overall, this was an easy to read and enjoyable story. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a cozy small town romance and coming of age story. Well done, on your debut novel, Elizabeth!

Woven in Woodbridge is not my typical read but I needed a pallet clenser before diving into another epic Fantasy.

Tempi is a high school senior who just wants to find where she belongs after moving in with her grandmother, Alice, when her mother died from cancer. As the only new girl in a small town, she wants to blend in, an impossible task.

Tempi's story grabbed my heart in a few ways, making it feel a little personal somehow. Her personality was so easy to love. I relate to her alot. As a high school girl back in the day, my nickname amoung friends was Simba, yet saddly, it wasnt cuz i have a red mane. I do have that lion spirit just like Tempi though.

Eric was such a perfect guy. I wish every high school girl had a devoted and loving Eric in their corner.

This story was a reminder that we all have stuggles, but how we deal with them is what makes us who we are. We can carve our own path, even through the remains of what was before. Having a small community at your side is helpful too. Never think you have to travel alone.

This book had a great motive and was very uplifting. I recomend to anyone dealing with loss or struggle in their life. It is going to keep you positive.
