The Tools You Need to Conquer Procrastination in One Place

Just Start eases you into conquering procrastination by educating you on the psychology as to why we procrastinate to being with. Once you understand this, the author unlocks a series of tools that we can use such as quick-start techniques, environment design, and managing mental load, among others.

You will learn that just as every procrastinator is different, so is the personal recipe that we all must create to conquer procrastination. That is why the book does not offer a simple formula that would be unrealistic, but instead educates you on the different methods that have been developed—many you have heard of from other books on productivity—that you can pick and choose from to begin your journey to tame procrastination.

A recommended read to get your bearings straight and start to create healthy, productive habits!
