Reflexology: The Essential Guide for Applying Reflexology to Relieve Tension, Eliminate Anxiety, Lose Weight, and Reduce Pain

If you’re ready to learn all about reflexology, including how to practice it on yourself and on others, then this book is for you!2nd Edition ~ September 14th, 2016Download Now and Read Instantly on Your Computer, Your Phone, or Any Other Digital Device. Although reflexology therapy has for a long time been viewed with skepticism, just like many other alternative healing therapies, it does actually work - and this book will explain exactly how it does and why it’s so effective. Today, we can say that reflexology is ideal for not only curing pain (which is a primary symptom showing something is amiss in your body) but also the root cause of the pain. It is little wonder then that reflexology therapy has become very popular as a form of holistic healing, unlike pharmaceutical drugs that mostly address only the symptoms. High stress, chronic fatigue, back pain, and fibromyalgia are only a few examples of unwelcome conditions that can easily be alleviated through the practice of reflexology. Not to mention that reflexology is a great form of disorder prevention too! This book will teach you all about the practice of reflexology, including how to self-perform reflexology and practice it on others. A complete hand chart map and foot chart map are provided within the book for your reference as well. Download your copy today!

Book needs to be Proofed!

As far as Reflexology is concerned, I do believe that it may well be a viable treatment modality.

BUT, this book was really difficult to get through between the misspelled words, bad grammar and misapplied medical terminology. Case in point: the author was referring to the prostate but spelled it ' prostrate.' Hard to sell an alternative therapy with this many mistakes.

Great intro into the world of Reflexology

Like many other books these days available cheap or in ebook fashion there are many typos throughout. Other than that great read and if it was edited better it would have gotten five stars.

Simple read

This was a simple read and overview of reflexology. I found the history of reflexology interesting. When providing the techniques, it would have been more helpful for me to have diagrams that point in the direction of the massage flow..

Basic

Pretty simple read. This book is loaded with typos and should have been proofread. It was a good start for my quest of learning more about the subject

Informative

Gives a good 'reader digest' version of Reflexology. Informative and knowledgeable. Colorful maps of hands and feet indicating corresponding areas of the body.

If you're looking for an extensive study of reflexology, this is NOT the book for you. Rao presents a brief introduction to the basics of reflexology with just enough information for someone who may want to practice on themselves or a loved one. The most useful information are the visual guides to the feet and the hands, as well as tips and warnings for performing reflexology.

Mostly, it was a quick, useful read, but not for those wishing for a deeper study of reflexology.

I downloaded this book because I was interested in reflexology and thought that it would give me a good insight into the subject, maybe I am not into the subject as much as I thought. I am sure that some people who know more about the subject would find this book a good book
