About the author

Scott M. Stockton was born in Pennsylvania and currently resides in North Carolina. He prefers a quiet life at home with his partner and his cat, with occasional travels to places that both interest and inspire him. His writing primarily focuses on the paranormal and horror genres, noir fiction and mystery, and surreal dark fanatsy. He is often inspired by music as he writes. When not writing, Scott is also an artist of Surrealism. His artworks are made both in digital form and physical drawings, and they can be found on his gallery at Artpal. He is also a horologist and has collected antique clocks for many years, amassing a large personal collection that he maintains and repairs. He enjoys studies of many cultures, especially Japan, Greece, Egypt, and Morocco. He is an avid fan of Japanese anime and loves watching films. He is big fan of Star Wars. Scott is also a fan of classic automobiles, especially of the 1950s era. He often makes references to cars he likes within his works. Scott reads a variety of different authors, but his favorites are Stephen King, Agatha Christie, Lynda S. Robinson, Laurell K. Hamilton, Laura Joh Rowland, Lindsey Davis, Paul Doherty, Tony Hillerman, Raymond Chandler, Isaac Asimov, Danielle Steel, Dean Koontz, Mary Higgins Clark, and Sidney Sheldon.
