Pug: How to Own, Train and Care for Your Pug

Rate this book
Did you know? Dogs are considered as one of the most versatile animals in the world. “How?” and “Why?” are probably the questions running through your mind right about now, right? Well, going over the definition of the word “versatile”, we can say that versatility is one’s ability to adapt to changes or to adjust accordingly to the situation. That means something versatile has the ability to become accustomed to a number of roles given enough time. While there are several animals that can be adaptable, we can say that canines can leave the others in the dust.

The dogs are divided into a number of groups depending on their roles in society. There are the working dogs that are tasked to do more chores like shepherding cattle, pulling on sleds, and keeping watch over their farm homes. There are the sporting dogs that are known to participate in competitions, involving strength, agility, stamina, and obedience. Then, there are the hunting breeds that excel in tracking down, flushing out, and taking down game of various sizes. And then, there are the toy breeds, as their name implies, are more inclined to the value of companionship rather than the functionality of the other breeds.

The Pug is a familiar name all over the planet. Being one of the most popular and most sought out dogs today, they surely pack a lot of dog in their little body. Pugs are small yet sturdy kind of dogs that belong to the toy breeds. With their great sense of humor and comical antics, it’s no surprise that a lot of people want to raise a Pug of their own. When it comes to choosing dogs, owners consider having a watchdog at home or having a partner during exercise. However, what the Pug lacks in these departments, they make up for their love and affection towards their owners. In this eBook, we’ll learn more about these dogs and why they’re so much “dog” in their tiny bodies.
