It feels really down to earth, not preachy or anything. The author gets what it’s like to hit burnout or feel like you’re just drifting. The Root-to-Rise idea is super clear and makes a lot of sense, and I liked how the book gives you actual steps and questions to work through instead of just talking about feeling better. There’s all this helpful stuff about emotional needs, dealing with anxiety, and finding what actually matters to you, not just what you think you should care about. I found myself jotting things down and going back to a bunch of the prompts. It’s a nice mix of science and real-life advice, but also just really thoughtful and supportive. It almost feels like you’re talking to a friend who’s been through it.
