Very good book

I'm understanding that this book is trying to tell me that yes, I do procrastinate. It's no fun when you set your goals and try to achieve them but something else comes along and you stop doing what you started in the first place. And that's defiantly me. Great book. I will have to make my goals one at a time and finish them as I go along. It's like doing chores and not finishing them as scheduled.
