Savvy easily adapted to living with the two men, while they struggled a little more with doing what was right. They had good chemistry and the sexy scenes were scorching. I liked the secondary storyline, which added some drama. However, I wished there was closure on the secondary storyline because it felt unfinished.

Room for Three is a story of new beginnings. It would appeal to readers who enjoy a smutty novella.

I wouldn’t really consider this a MMF. There’s absolutely NOTHING between the two male characters until the very end.
And even then it was lackluster because they only did it because the female character wanted them to 🙄

This is such a fun, short read, and things really start to heat up towards the end! I’m definitely here for it and wanted more of it!

Plus, there are a few cameos from some of our favorite characters, which is a delightful bonus!

Heavy on the spice and the taboo and the instalove. The heroines parents pass away and her dad’s best friends try to take her in, but she ends up with a foster until she’d of age. Once she’s an adult she moves in with the parent’s friends and the mayhem begins lol. If you’re looking for taboo age gap, this is it.

Heads up, there are some mentions of uncomfy situations that the foster family put the heroine in.

This should be just a helping hand but their dynamic takes a turn when certain feeling bubble to the top. What happens when Savy wants more than just roommates? This does have more of a slow burn feel but then watch out! There’s also a more serious subject weaved in too. Told in first person and multiple POV.

Sometimes you want complexity, layers, emotional devastation, all the things that keep your brain busy long after you’ve finished a book. And sometimes you simply want K. Webster.😂 I genuinely mean that as a compliment. She does distraction very well, and she also tends to write really fun spice.

The setup is basically this: Savannah loses her parents, and her father’s two best friends want to take her in, which apparently would have been his wish as well. The court has other ideas and places her with a foster family instead. That situation is somewhat awkward, so once Savannah turns eighteen, she gets out and moves in with the two men while finishing school and working. And apparently, her crossing their threshold as a now legally adult woman is all it takes for two grown men to collectively misplace every ounce of common sense they have ever possessed. If you have an issue with this, DO NOT READ THIS BOOK.

Now, listen. I knew what book I had picked up. I was entertained.
My bigger issue was actually everything surrounding the foster family. The book keeps that storyline going for quite a while, and I never really understood what it was adding beyond frustration. Savannah is astonishingly naive in the way she continues to deal with them despite every available sign screaming that distance would be an excellent idea, and several of those interactions felt unnecessary when that space could have been used elsewhere. Because the part I wanted more of was the actual build-up between Savannah and the men. Give me more tension. Let them struggle with it. Make me wonder who is going to crack first. Instead, Savannah moves in, and these men are basically like, well, this is going to be a problem. --> And then it very quickly is.

It is a novella, so obviously there is only so much room to play with, but shifting some of the foster-family drama into that developing attraction would have made the whole thing work much better for me. Especially because once the ménage actually gets going, including the evolving dynamic between the two men, I thought it worked surprisingly well. The chemistry was there, the spice was genuinely very good, and by that point I was happily along for the ride.

So yes, 2.75 stars for the story itself, bumped up to 3 for the audiobook because the narration definitely added to the fun.

Once Savvy turned eighteen, she was free of foster homes and gained her independence. Her first choice was to live with Cole and Travis, who were close friends with her deceased parents. When Savvy realizes she has her chosen family, it leads to some complications.

“You want me. I can see it. But you force yourself to behave. Why?”

Narrated in multiple POV, Savvy is not shy about what she wants and quickly makes her desires known. Cole and Travis are opposites, as Cole is the logical police officer and Travis is much more laid back. While they are loyal friends they also cannot resist Savvy.

This novella is a quick taboo read, and it certainly was steamy. For me, it would have benefited from a tad more development in their relationship. Also, the secondary story line involving Savvy’s foster family ended abruptly. That said, I am looking forward to reading more stories in this taboo series.

Yeah... not for me. This is predatory. The girl is clearly traumatized and has been abused and is displaying classic signs of early sexualization. The "can't resist her" vibes are cringe at best. These men are meant to be protectors and no sooner do they learn about her recent past do they fall to her advances.

To make no mention of the copious typos.

Sorry - this is harsh but some things I cannot overlook.

This was such a fun and addictive novella!!

Fast-paced, hot, and super easy to binge in one sitting.

The story follows Savvy as she moves in with Cole and Travis, who were her father’s best friends, and let’s just say the tension starts building very quickly. The whole dynamic was chaotic in the best way.

Cole is more grumpy, protective, and intense, while Travis is playful, flirty, and charming. I loved how different they were, because it made everything feel more balanced. And Savvy fits perfectly with both of them. She knows what she wants, isn’t shy about it, and definitely keeps them on their toes.

The chemistry in this book was wild. So much tension, banter, and spice. If you’re looking for a steamy forbidden age gap romance, this definitely delivers. 🥵

Overall, such an entertaining read. Hot, taboo, easy to devour, and perfect when you want something fun and spicy.
Now I’m curious about the rest of the series. 🖤

I’m normally not a more than one man kind of girlie. A few authors have been able to pull it off for me. I like one possessive man who will do anything for the woman he loves or is obsessed with. Welllllll in this case I’m loving 2 possessive men 🙈 K. Webster is one of my favorite authors and I knew she would make me love it. The pacing of this book is fantastic! I expected them to be doing it a few pages in but it’s actually quite the slow burn for being a novella. We get backstory on Savvy and we get to see the guys struggle to keep it PG with her. Once it crosses over though 🔥this book is HOT! I absolutely loved this little taboo story. I can’t wait to read more.

This author knows how to balance the smuttiness with rare sweetness and characters who want relationships.
It’s a short, super hot read. There are a few cameo appearances from characters that appear in her 𝚃𝙰𝙱𝙾𝙾 𝚃𝚁𝙴𝙰𝚃𝚂 𝚂𝙴𝚁𝙸𝙴𝚂. If you liked that series, this new series is for you.
I felt a few “issues” were solved so quickly and that there wasn’t as much s3xual action as I expected from one of this authors taboo books. I still enjoyed this spicy little novella.

This was a short and spicy MMF novella and I had a great time with it.

Savvy moves in with her dad's best friends to leave her uncomfortable foster home situation. Cole and Travis are trying to do the right thing, but they are both very attracted to Savvy and she is pursuing both of them.

I was enjoying this, but I was really excited with some of the MM scenes because I thought this was going to be an MFM romance. I was pleasantly surprised.

I do feel like the whole plot with her foster family just stopped abruptly with no resolution.

I wouldn’t say this book is taboo, but forbidden. The FMC turns 18 and leaves her foster home to stay with her dead dad’s two best friends. A lot of the book is them fighting their attraction to each other. I actually felt like this was pretty slow burn for a novella. The smut just kinda started and ended in a few chapters. There were no traded “I love yous” just all lust.

OK, I may sound shallow, but I sort of disliked that the guys weren’t well off. Like in one of the MMC’s POV, he worries about how he is going to pay for the meal. That doesn’t scream sexy to me? They don’t need to be a billionaire, but I didn’t need to think about money in a novella, yk?

I also disliked how the ending randomly has MM in it. She basically tells the guys to kiss and jerk off each other and they are just like uh ok and end up liking it. So basically we get a very underdeveloped bi-awakening. It makes it feel like being bi is something you can be forced into being. It just seemed really out of place to add that at the very very end.

Also, I really wish something happened with the creepy foster family. With a MC as a police officer, I wish he could served a little justice. That dad was a s3xual offender and nothing happened to him or the other creepy foster brothers.

This was not good. Half the book was spent in unnecessary details, which you’d think was set up for this taboo threesome, but no, it’s like halfway a switch flips and this 18 year old girl suddenly becomes a siren expert in seduction. But the thing is, otherwise she’s often dumb and whiny, like young girls can be. The men too, are not hot. Like they speak like dumb teenagers but still sound old and pervy? And these grown ass men have somehow lived together their entire adult lives which is icky enough, but not because of the homoerotic undertones. They just go from super platonic to full on making out in one scene and maybe I’m just cranky because it was boring. Also no one edited this thing, at all based on all the mistakes. The previous taboo treats books are referenced, some of which were actually good btw.

Really enjoyed this one. I was curious about Savvy from Owen and Rhetts books, she was a very small character but seemed important to their stories and now knowing her story, fuck those men. Im actually horrified Owen even got his own love story.

My opinion on the Owen and Savvy thing: i think Owen is a lot more dangerous than hes willing to admit during his sleepwalking. I think he DID have a sexual interest in her while she was under his roof, which he denies. He says hes not a pedophile (in his book), but Mei was only one year off from Savvy. I think he wanted Savvy. He wanted her back in his home, especially with the divorce happening. I think she was his obsession. Because she wasnt willing to come back, I think he switched to Mei. I actually believe that similar to pedophile mindset, Savvy is the girl he wants, the one he 'Lolita' (not really said, but yes I think he puts her up on a pedestal and not as one of his children), but moves onto Mei (a similar girl in age, but more willing), but nothing can compare to that first obsession. To furthermore prove my point, I dont think Owen ever saw Savvy as a daughter figure, unlike Mei. So, he gets the locks on, but he still predatory and wants to get into that room, the same room he victimized Savvy. He ends up doing other nonsexual sleepwalking stuff but it seemed like with Savvy all it was was going into her room, the fact that he was naked and hard--i just dont know how he got his own book, like hes some hero.

Im actually disappointed this book wasnt more. Like imagine if this got similar treatment to the Cinderella triology, going in depth with disgusting Owen, disgusting Rhett, her trauma with that, her school life, her homelife with Cole and Travis. I think the novella held back the potential, which is why it cant be a five-star despite my enjoyment.

This was a fun little Novella

Immediately Cole and Travis and attracted to her but choose to somewhat stay away from her in hopes of trying to do the right thing

“As soon as he gets out of the shower, I’m hopping in,” Travis says with a wink. “Apparently I need to get my body in check too.”

Savvy, the little minx she is, is naturally attracted to both men and comes onto them individually

“You’re such a horny little girl,” I mutter

Both men unaware at the time the has done something with her the other was not aware of until after the fact

“Admit it, little S. Admit that you want to be our dirty little secret.”

Eventually she gets the two of them together and they make their relationship “complete”

“So, what are we calling this?” I ask as I dip down to kiss her head. “Are we like, together?” Cole chuckles. “Yeah, man. That’s exactly what we are. Together. Feels weird calling you my boyfriend, though. I like lover and best friend.” He strokes Savvy’s hair. “It’s a good title for both of you.”
