Outstanding read. Worked my way through it during lunch breaks and enjoyed sharing some of the war stories and associated lessons with colleagues. A personal favourite being the bridge that due to a +/- sign error was 54cm too high or too low when the two sections were supposed to meet in the middle.

Louise has a great, engaging story telling style. Her experience of delivering major projects lends the air of authority to what she says. An enjoyable, light read that can be digested in bite sized chunks whenever you have a spare moment.
