I wouldn't call this book. It's just collection of thoughts. The second chapter talked about the pregnancy, and labor. It also talked about her kidnapping, and how she was tortured. 3d chapter skips right to another pregnancy, and the book ends. There are BIG holes, and gaps in the book.

“Sold: Knocked Up” isn't quite sure what it is trying to be. Enemies to lovers? Erotica with BDSM thrown in for good measure? SF with a HEA?
The editing is most noted for its absence - “Samantha cried, her chin warbling...”, “[she] tried to pull away and chocked herself on her leash” “Her ankles wabbled,” “You don’t have to complement me”, “Samantha shirked in pain”.
Some time in the future, when most women are infertile, all are tested and those who can get pregnant are sold to the highest bidder.
Samantha (we never get a last name), 18, is purchased by Logan Drake (world famous for being very rich), raped, and becomes pregnant with triplets.
It's mercifully short.
Dreadful stuff with no redeeming feature.

Very well written, a thought that has occurred to me from reading other books. Would I go along with the program, would I rebel, create chaos...I am unsure. At least the protagonist of this story made their decision.
