Still a better plotline and far more interesting. I hope it keeps up this momentum.

Holy crap! This volume was so dramatic!!!

But I’m glad the secret is out. Maybe Kayano can stop crying all the time now…

Also, thank god for dads like Mamoru! He gets it!!!!

Hmm...I don't really have much to say about this volume. It's strange considering so much happened. This is the part of the story in which the big reveal is made. I knew from the way the last one ended (and from the drama) that things weren't going to be all peachy keen. One thing I don't understand is why Kayano ignored it when her mom called on the cell. Sure, it wouldn't solve the problem of her loving her future step-brother, but it would've calmed things down a bit. If she had called and explained what had happened with the visting the graveyard and the storm, the mom wouldn't have jumped to conclusions about the whole 'we visited a hotel' thing. Instead, things quickly escalated, but it was nice to have things out in the open. The dad's reaction was funny because it was exactly what I was thinking...

I for one see no problem with Kayano and Takeru's relationship. Yeah, it sounds a bit icky when you say you're boyfriend is your brother, but it's not like it's by blood. Kayano was so busy trying to think of how to protect her mother's feelings that she wasn't considering how important her relationship with Takeru was. At some point, you should be allowed to be a little selfish. Kayano and Takeru love each other and they shouldn't have to feel bad. You can't help who you fall in love with and they should allowed to be happy.

I really, really enjoyed this volume. I found the storyline with Yuzuru absolutely unnecessary and I didn't like Rumi, so this was finally something that caught my interest again.

Confessing to the person you like is never easy, having the attention seeking Edogawa Tekeru know who you like is even worse. Kayano thought high school was going to be hard enough but take on running errands for Takeru and it is almost unbearable especially when their parents are getting married and they have to move in with one another.

I loved the storyline development and growth of the characters. This is a series that I was really excited about reading. The romance does not start at the beginning but it grows stronger because of everything the couple has to overcome and go through. Kayano is a lovable personality and even though most people do not like Takeru in the beginning, he grows on you too.

Finally! Kayano and Takeru's relationship is out in the open! And guess what -- it's not the end of the world! There is an initial freak out by Kayano's Mom, which lands her in the hospital and reveals that she is pregnant. Luckily, Takeru's dad comes to the rescue and smacks some sense into everyone: "So what? We'll all be happy!" Finally, someone has a brain, and is using it. And we can all do a group happy dance now.

Maybe it's a cultural thing or something, but I still can't understand why their relationship has to be kept a secret. I think Kayano is very childish in this volume. She is 18. I feel like Takeru and Ayano should have told their parents a looong time ago.
