Got to 70% and I just could not lmao the title is exactly what you get and the reason behind everything is just meh very Tyler Perryesque. The love connection we were supposed to believe in felt forced and rushed. I think had we gotten more sentimental and significant flash backs maybe then I could get on board but overall this wasn’t good to me. If you like drama and family conflict then this one will hit for you, but if you like more mystery, better plots actual romance and sizzling chemistry you can feel just skip it cus it’s not giving that.

🤯📖This was my second book that I read written by La La and it doesn’t disappoint! Plot twist after plot twist, OMG, I had my mouth opened 90% of the time while getting into this read!
📚Between Haze and Sapphire I’m not sure whom is the most unhinged between these 2, but I love the way they ride for each other and have each other’s backs! This fictional relationship is the true epitome of a “ride or die.” I loved Haze down the way he protected his woman and family by ALL & ANY MEANS!
Spice: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 oh this was at an all time high baby! Buckle up and make sure you have a cold cup of water beside you as you read this novella!

good story too many errors
The plot of the story is good, but this book had so many errors, almost one on every page, that I almost DNF’d it. The book is messy and full of family drama. If you can read past the errors you will enjoy this book.
