Arranged by Piper Stone is exactly what I crave when it comes to mafia romance: intense, raw, and filled with complicated characters that you can't help but get pulled into. The stakes are high, the tension is palpable, and the chemistry between the protagonists is off the charts.
The story centers around the brutal, cold-blooded Dominic Santorelli, a man whose icy exterior is cracked open by the beautiful, fiery Carmella Lupini. The way their worlds collide feels like a slow burn that turns into an all-consuming inferno. The dynamic between them is absolutely gripping from the first page. Dominic is the kind of man who doesn't hesitate to do whatever it takes to get what he wants, but when Carmella comes into play, he finds himself in a battle with more than just rival families—he's fighting his own instincts, emotions, and the war between duty and desire. The tension between them is so palpable, you can practically feel it crackling in the air.
Carmella is everything you’d expect from a mafia princess: beautiful, powerful, and fiercely independent. The story WOW, Alejandro and Carmella are meant for each other, two half’s of a whole! I loved her strength, ingenuity and take no guano attitude! Alejandro has been through a lot in his past, and as you listen all will be revealed! The beautifully flowing story is so well written that there are no holes, no gaps, no lags, AND the true ne’er-do-well is closely guarded until the reveal! I loved every twisty turn, and I really loved the astounding character development! I had initial impressions about several of the characters that were completely changed by story’s end! Some that I initially detested became beloved, while others I thought I liked became detested! There was plenty of beautifully placed humor and perfectly placed, SCORCHING heat as well! The narration was a masterclass in using subtle voice cues and timing to bring characters and scenes realistically ALIVE! When combined with masterful writing, I became completely immersed in the world of “Arranged”, feeling EVERYTHING, be it heart pounding, heartbreaking, or heart soaring - I felt it all, and I loved it! When her father tells her that she has been arranged to be married, she fights. When he threatens her son, she knows that she has no choice. He is the new powerful mafia Dan who has to take over unexpectedly when his boss is slain. She wants nothing to do with them off your life. She’s created a life for herself and her son working in her clinic where she is a doctor. He is in the midst of a mafia war, and has to take on a new bride, as well as navigate secrets of his own. There’s a lot of drama in this story between rival mafia families. Two main characters are unique and original are what really led this story. Even though she grew up a mafia princess, she still fought those constraints, and she gives him challenges at every turn. He finds her fascinating is deeply attracted to her and the more she fights. The more attracted he becomes. There is a lot going on in the story, some of it got a little complex and tedious for me. However, the two main characters were very compelling, and you became easily invested in their story. This is a high drama story basically mafia drama goes from the very beginning all the way until the end so if you like a story with a little reprieve from that, this is not your pic. However, the main characters are worth the investment and do get their happily ever after.

An entertaining and captivating read, strong character and a storyline that had me riveted
This has been a very engaging read from the start to the very last page of this simply wonderful read, I love this author Piper Stone who is able to write such exquisite characters and very complex plots that hold you riveted from start to the finish of this read.
I always thoroughly enjoy mafia stories and I have to say that the chemistry between these two characters and I know that you will find the tense and passion that is shared between these two main characters will hold you totally riveted between the pages.
I know that if you are like myself and enjoy mafia stories you will be blown away by the interactions between Carmella and the head of the mafia family she is soon about to marry, she finds him to be overbearing, annoying and extremely overbearing and I am sure that you will be blown away by this story.
I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the wonderful writing.

Things are not as they seem, as Alejandro is hiding his real identity as an undercover DEA agent. And Carmella resents being forced back into the mafia world that she thought she escaped.
I really liked this story. Carmella is strong willed, intelligent, and independent. Alejandro grows to realize that there is good and bad on both sides of the law. The couple deal with issues of trust in each other, as well as with the people who surround them. This is a good thing since there are traitors all around. The story has plenty of plot twists that keep you reading, and the steam that the couple have for each other is off the charts. It's a long read, but well worth the time.

I absolutely loved this story. It’s full of action, unexpected surprises and numerous secondary characters that I really liked. Carmella and Alejandro have an unexpected arranged marriage that brings out the best in Alejandro. I loved everything about this story and never knowing for sure what was going to happen next kept my attention until the end. They get their HEA but it is not always easy as they don’t always know who to trust. Another thing I really enjoyed was the addition of Gabe and Jessica to the story. Their interaction with their respective parent was heart warming. There was one character that I came to really like and that was Drago. There was something about him that peaked my interest. This is a story that is worth reading.

Another book by Piper Stone that has gripped me from the start. Carmella has tried hard to stay out of the family business and has become a pediatric doctor. Unfortunately her father has other ideas and she finds herself in an arranged marriage with Alejandro, bringing two families together. Their attraction is off the charts but Alejandro has a secret that could destroy both of them and their burgeoning love for each other. With someone determined to destroy the two families, secrets and betrayal surround them, but they are stronger when they work together as a team, especially when Alejandro's secret is exposed. Suspense, drama, twist and turns will literally leave you on the edge of your seat. I loved Alejandro and Carmella's story and had to read it in one sitting.

Arranged marriage between two top Mafia families to build up a partnership and discover who/what is trying to take them both down. This is the first book I’ve read by this particular author and I cannot wait to read more. I enjoyed the story and the pace quite a lot. My only hold up for giving this five stars was some of the language was pretty cheesy. I hated the nickname “Firesong”-in Italian super hot but in English not so much. Also…never once while given head have I thought “testicles” are the best thing ever. I’m not even sure I’ve ever called them testicles…who does that in the heat of the moment (even in your mind)?

This story was hot and oh so good! Camellia was a Mafia princess but she didn't want that for herself or for her little boy,so she fought it tooth and nail,she had her own life has a dr.But her father force her to marry into the mob,if she didn't he get her step sister Amber to do it.She agreed to marry Dion but he was hurt badly so a new man was chosen Alejandro, they didn't care for each other and he was living a double life.This story was exciting,,steamy,gorey,plenty of lives were loss and there was double crosses and secrets but it had a very good ending! A Must Read and worth more than five stars!

Camellia had tried to get away from her mafia background by having a medical career. She was happy running her own clinic and looking after her young son, the result of a bad marriage. Then her father calls her home and telling her that she will be marrying a high ranking mafia member. Then the man she is meant to marry is injured in an ambush and she is married to Alejandro instead. Alejandro has a secret of his own so life gets complicated.

What follows are a lot of ups and downs for the couple as threats increase against the two families and Alejandro’s secrets are just another plot twist that all folds together for an epic suspenseful and steamy read!

The arranged marriage trope is done so well here—tense, passionate, and layered with real character growth. Again this author has brought her readers another fantastic story! This one is Alejandro and Carmella's journey and I absolutely love it! Carmella is a force and she brings out a side of Alejandro that no one else ever sees. Carmella isn't your typical Mafia Princess at all and that in itself is wonderful! She the daughter of the Don who needs an alliance BUT she's also a Dr., a career woman with a child. Alejandro isn't exactly what he's portraying himself to be. These two bring quite a story and throw in all the twists, turns and surprises and you have an absolutely fantastic must read!

Alliances and Betrayals
An arranged marriage between Carmella and Alejandro, the new Don of the Santorelli family is supposed to forge an alliance. However, traitors are among loyal soldiers, and the DEA is closing in on them. The secrets revealed were surprising and heart-pounding yet added excitement to this story. I was entranced right from the start. It was an intriguing book that I did not want to put down.

The storyline is engaging, and the characters are well-developed. The editing is top-notch. However, the story does drag on at times, and I found myself wanting to set it aside. Still, I was determined to finish what I started.
While many of the scenes are solid, some come across as mediocre and even stilted, as if they were hastily written without clear thought and refinement.
Let me be clear: it was an overall decent read, but I wouldn't purchase it or read it again. Nonetheless, it effectively served its purpose as a way to unwind and disconnect from the day while relaxing at home.

I enjoyed Arranged by Piper Stone. The story felt a little more unique in ways from other mafia romances, which was a nice surprise, and the characters were super likable.
There were a few spots that felt a bit confusing or needed editing, but overall, it was a solid, entertaining read. Definitely worth checking out if you’re into the genre.

A refreshing perspective on a mafia forced marriage book. Alejandro is undercover which normally makes me nervous as I wait for them to be found out, but not this time. The forced marriage to form an alliance is not different but the approach these two take is unique in my experience. The rivalry, betrayal and infighting is not unusual, but there is an added element and the results are not what you may expect. This is a captivating story with the sweetest ending.

I so enjoyed this one. The arranged marriage, Mafia Trope isn't new but Piper Stone provides a new take and spin on this genre.
Strong characters and Strong storyline drive this book. The chemistry is off the charts hot and I loved all the delicious steaminess.
If you love Mafia but want a new and interesting twist to keep it fresh grab this one!.

The story of Carmella and Alejandro keeps you glued to their story from the first page. They are brought together by circumstances to form an alliance between two powerful syndicates. That it goes differently than they had expected is a surprise for both of them and that they have feelings for each other no one expected.

Alejandro walks a razor thin wire which with one wrong move or word could implode at any time.

This story was full of twists and turns that will keep you up past your bed time.

Not your typical mafia romance. What a surprise that Carmella and Alejandro work together and and find strength with each other. They face conflict from within and from without as well as internal politics and betrayals that could lead to their downfall. Danger from from all sides, full look of action and adventure, it's fast paced and and edgy and full of passion. What a great read!
