“Anxiety is not to be feared, but to be understood and to be used as a prompt to trust in the Lord all the more.”

Spiritual , medical, psychological and scientific looks at different types of fears and how to deal with them. Very simple and practical ideas. It was another good reminder of leaving the past in the past ... "That was then, this is now." I'm alright right now.
