This is such an emotional volume and disappointing at the end. Winter finally knows what causes the body switching, but just in time to start to understand just how badly Violet feels like she needs to leave. Both of them seem to still labor under serious misconceptions when it comes to money - Winter that it will fix everything, and Violet that it is all Winter loves. Sadly, this may be a case of too little too late. It looks like Violet's gifts and the physician's letter will all arrive after this final stage has set, and who knows what condition Winter will be in at that time. There is another volume in the book still, so there may be some hope yet, but it's painful to see just how badly they are each struggling.

The premise is on the darker side, but this volume was so full of tragic moments. So freaking sad 😭

As usual, the way paneling works isn't ideal once put on paper, as the shift seems abrupt at times. Still made me cry to I'm rounding up my 4.5 to 5 u_u
