I really enjoyed this book.Couldn't put it down.Chloe is a pretty good heroine and Carlos is interesting.Not a lot of real romance in it,but definitely some exciting scenes :)

My neighbour gave me this book yesterday, as she enjoyed it thought I would to. However, this wasn't the case.
The book follows Chloe who was becoming a nun she soon discovers the truth behind the charity she was helping, where the money she was raising and where it really went all thanks to a man called Carlos. When back in London Carlos soon finds chloe again and takes her down a rabbit hole as he begins to discipline her through a BDSM relationship to help her feel free (which happened extremely quickly)
I didn't enjoy the story, there wasn't one. There wasn't much of a plot. The story jumped straight to the point of what the book was going to be like. Their wasn't much development between the two other than sex., no connection. Carlos said he enjoyed Chloe for being her self but their was never more interaction that involved anything more than sex. There was no safety involved- no safe words, guidelines ,if anything ever went too far. If the orgasms were as intense as they were described and how often they occurred there was never really an recovery time- I would have been more than exhausted.

I was given this book to read since I've been involved with the BDSM lifestyle for years, although my participation has ended.

This book is another case of an author having no idea what she's talking about, but she'll write it anyway, similar to Fifty. If you want a true power exchange, this isn't the book for you. I could recommend a lot of other books to you, if that's the case. I wish the author luck and hope she improves in her writing and begins to write about what she knows. And, honestly, as a gift, this wasn't a great pick.

A waste of time, the fact that she is a virgin and gets turned on by him breathing or someone looking in her direction (over exaggerating of course) is so annoying, they didn’t seem to have any breaks to let the body recover especially if the orgasms were so intense.. very unreal, the relationships were a mess, the Male character was frankly a waste of time and had no respect for the women he came across. Would give 0 stars if I could

This was a really hard book to read because basically every sex scene ignores the consent of one participant or nearby passerby (or many, in more than one case), there is no sense of safe and sane activities here, and most interactions cross the line into abusive behaviour. Very unimpressed.

There's hardly any romance in this book. Disappointed with the ending. Could be better. H professed his longing for h, but that just it. Sounded like more ego-talking. Maybe I was expecting more.

However, this book is very well written and scorching hot for the erotic scenes. If you are in the mood for that, this is the book for you. This book is almost 100% purely erotic. Not safe for public reading. LOL.

Another crazy mixed up storyline from Marina Anderson. I've found this is another book of hers that has one strange perverse kind of story to it. Fortunately or maybe unfortunately it is also one of those stories you can't help but keep reading. Plenty of sex scenes in this book, if you'd call it that but that's where it pretty much ended for me. The detachment of Carlos from Chloe was one that bothered me the most. I just couldn't understand why she would want to do all those things for some one that didn't care about her feelings but I suppose she may have won in the end with him returning to her. I guess what mattered in the end was that Chloe became her own woman...but did she!!!

I picked up this book because it was about a nun and a playboy. The story centered around Chloe and Carlos. In a nutshell, Chloe substitutes the discipline of the church for the discipline of BDSM. I enjoyed reading about her sexual awakening in lots of erotic scenes. Carlos is an experienced dominant, but there was no insight into his character at all. I would have liked a little character development to juxtapose all the sex. For this reason, I gave the book 3-3 1/2 stars.

If you want an easy read with lots of sex then give it a try. I will be reading more books by Marina Anderson.

Am not a big fan of Andersons books apart from Haven of Obedience which I really enjoyed this one again just did not work.
Unbelievable plot and at best weak characters that didn't draw me in.

Yes Carlos is HOT and there is ALOT of steamy sex scenes. Chloe goes through a very interesting sexual awakening but for me there has to be a good story, a bit of romance maybe and most importantly a connection to the characters!

This book was a bit of a slow start. Mainly talking about the back ground of the two main charaters.
But still when you got into the story it was still a struggle to maintain an interest in the book.
Towards the end of the book i started to feel that she was a rent-for-sex Trophy for him, maybe it was just me but still.
It wont put me off readin more books belong to this author anyways

This book gives fifth year shades of grey a run for its money! I think Chloe's character in the beginning was under developed but gradually improves. It's definitely not a 'romantic ' novel, but opens your mind to a different world.
