The way they found out padfoots innocence was way better than the original 🙌

Fascinating as it is to have mentor!Snape, and to have a Harry who actually turns to trustworthy adults for help (and to have those adults actually PROVIDE help), it did end up making for a slightly less exciting story than the original.
Some Favorite Quotes:
"Er, I was wondering, er, if I'd be allowed to go see a movie?" Harry asked quickly. "Jurassic Park is playing in Cardiff."
Severus paused. "Haven't you had your fill of monstrous killer reptiles?"
"There's nothing wrong with being homosexual, and anyone who tells you otherwise is clearly a moron and not worth your time," said Severus matter of factly.
[Harry unintentionally asks the Room of Requirement to provide board games, and Draco chooses Monopoly after Hermione whallops them at Trivial Pursuit]
"I think this is the best thing Muggles have ever come up with," Draco said happily. "No offence, Harry, but Pearl Jam have nothing on this game. Now hurry up and get out of jail so you can come and stay at one of my lovely hotels."
"I think I'm in for life, actually," Harry said.
"Let's just say you've won, Draco," Hermione said, looking at her two remaining properties. "It's after curfew now, anyway."
"But you both still have money to give me."

Right, so I appreciate that this series allows adult female characters to have a personality and wants and needs and dreams of their own. I REALLY appreciate that.
I also appreciate the drarry-ness of it all.
But why did you take out my time turner plot line? It was my favorite contrivance of the original book, and it was ripped out here as adults swooped in to save the day. More pragmatic? Yes. More thrilling? Ha.

Third in a Slytherin Harry AU fanfiction series. Harry spends the summer with Snape instead of at the Leaky Cauldron. Draco and Harry start dating. A trial is set for Sirius. Looking forward to future interactions between Harry & Sirius, given Harry's fondness for Snape.

Harry and Severus' relationship grows, it was awesome that Harry spent the last part of his summer with Snape. I love how Snape is nice, respectful with Harry and always telling him the truth.

I feel like most of what happens in the actual books or most of the action is pressed into the last few chapters, but I still love this book and series and still would recommend it!!
