Not actually a review just fangirling.


This has been one of the books that introduced me into my Wattpad phase actually. As a new reader I was really amazed with the premise of contract boyfriends.

Gatorade is a fun character a guy who makes an effort into being a perfect boyfriend. I love his illustration in the book. (Might have tiny crush on him back then.) His blue hair definitely helps in making him an unforgettable male lead.

Gab, a talented person and I relate to her cuz I act tomboyish and didn't even care about relationships.

(This review is my thoughts on the whole story not only in Book 1)

The characters in this story is uniques with different characteristics and personalities that makes them differ and not just plain background characters. Can I just say that I love Matthew like an epitome of a male bestfriend.

Also my favourite character of all is Russel Hyuga, or Rus? Russ? (I've read this a long time ago.) This chara ter deserves the whole world. His dedication with Gab is something that I want to experience. He's patient opposite of Gatorade. And the fact that gatorade accepted the contract for him as a revenge speaks itself that he's a great guy and no one can treat him bad.

The way he managed to win me easily when I'm a big Gatorade fun is something else. He's awkward in taking a step in making Gab heart flutters is endearing. (Happy that him and Gab isn't the endgame cuz she didn't deserved him but sad cuz they're my fave thing in the story.)

rereading this after more than a decade took me literally back to the time when i used to stay up all night just to finish more chapters 🥹 unfortunately, this took me three (3) business days to finish but i'm still happy i picked this up again :)) i don't remember the first few chapters being so well-written so i guess it must have been from the published version.

i missed gatorade, i missed everyone 🥹 i always say i won't like men instantly but if someone like lance talked to me like how he talks to alexa, gently and with a lot of patience? boi i am easy as shit

I just want to drink Gatorade blue whenever I read this 😍 I can imagine Lance doing every sweet gestures as Alexa's boyfriend kaya kilig na kilig ako sa kanya 🤭🤭 Ready na ako for Part 2 ng malaman ko ang susunod na kabanata dahil marami pa haharapin ang love story nila Lance at Alexa nito 😁
