I’m so grateful to finally be free of the cliffhanger from book one… only to be THRUSTED INTO ANOTHER. NJ 😭 I’m begging you to stop doing this to me!

This book was so good, the high anticipation was no let down and just when you think you have everything figured out - no you don’t. I literally could not believe the twists and turns this took! I had a strong inkling about a huge plot twist that came in this book specifically because of something that happened in book one, but I refuse to spoil anything about this amazing book because I firmly believe everyone needs to read these novels.

I cannot believe I have to sit on this and wait for the third book but I just know it’ll be worth it 🥵🙏🏼

My-flaming-god!! There was so much for my brain to process, work out and try not to miss in this book. I'm still doing that now after I've just finished reading it. My heart went out to Bridie (Reagan FMC) because it seemed like everyone around her or that she knew was keeping secrets or lying to her. It made for one hell of a gripping read with all of the bloody brilliantly twisting plot twists and turns. Throw in some hot, steamy scenarios and one omg WTH cliff-hanger ending. Which I didn't see coming. At all! I'll be on tenterhooks now until book 3 comes out. I'm loving this series so much.

Oh my! Oh wow! So much was packed into this extraordinary 5 star sequel. Thank you to N. J. Adel for my ARC. I loved the first book in this series and couldn't imagine the sequel being as good but...it was even better. What a wonderful suspenseful thriller that kept me guessing throughout the book and just when I thought I had the answer something new would come up and start my guessing game all over again. The writing as always was captivating and brilliant. I felt the emotion of the characters through the descriptions and words of the author. So much chemistry between the main characters made this hotter than hot to read and I absolutely loved the writing of the conversations and the banter. I normally don't love cliffhangers but in this instance I really liked it as I know that there is a third book on the horizon and I can never get enough of N.J.'s books. I would recommend this book if you like steamy suspenseful thrillers then you will really enjoy this book but my suggestion is that you read the first book of the series prior to reading this one. I cannot wait to see where book 3 takes us.

Loved the recap we’re given.. it’s nice to have a reminder where the story left off when the books are spaced out like this one was.
I really thought I knew who it was this time but then the author threw me for a loop and I realized i still have no clue who it is!!!
We get a lot more character background in this book, I was really wanting to know more about Birdie and we’re given a few more bread crumbs. I love Tristan, but I have a feeling he may be too good to be true….
Be ready for another crazy cliff hanger.
I’m hoping the third book isn’t spaced out like book 2, I need to know who Butterfly Man is!!

Absolutely loved this book. This author has such a way of storytelling, that I know, I cannot get enough of her book's. Call me greedy if you must lol. This is the 2nd book in this series and boy was there a lot to unpack with more twists and turns in thinking you might know who's behind it then something happens, and yep, it wasn't them. I love stories like this where they keep you on your toes with the suspense and believe me that's in here to. It does end on a shocking cliffhanger, so I can't wait for the 3rd book to find out what's going to happen next.

This read packs quite the emotional punch - hold on for an unbelievable ride.
So suspenseful and I kept asking myself thru out - what’s going to happen next!

The masked man in Birdie’s dreams is her stalker but is he her protector or will he cause harm?

I would say this read is beyond intense can’t wait to see what happens next !

So twisty!! Just when you have it figured out… you don’t!!

Still needs work and polishing but the twists, suspense, and cliffhangers will keep you going.

Everything I said in the book 1 review is still true. Needs editing and I’d stay with the audio but still worth a listen.

Honestly if this could be cleaned up and added to it would be a solid 5 stars.

Wow! The twists, secrets and suspense around every corner held me captive. Bridie could not catch a break. It was a thrilling read! The ending though, what a cliffie! I am very excited to read the next book!

Holy Friggin Airballs

This book left me on the edge of my seat...and I still have no idea what is going on 🤣🤣...is her stalker the detective?? Is it Tristian?? Who is the love interest 🤔. I am still rooting for Tristian...that man is all kinds of 🥵🥵

Loved the story but hated the audio! XOXO, Little Butterfly was emotional and beautifully written, but the AI narration completely ruined it for me — so flat and lifeless. My first AI listen and definitely my last. Read the book instead of listening!
