As Chaos Rules: A Post-Apocalyptic EMP Survival Thriller (The Safety Plan Book 3) by Jack Hunt is an action-packed masterpiece full twists and turns that will blow your mind. The main characters are coming together in this third addition in "Safety Plan" series, and you will find yourself routing for the Shepherd family, their friends, and their community.
This book is a suspenseful thriller, and the new characters just add to the suspense of who's the good guys and who's the bad guys in this story.
If you enjoy a good intriguing story about what might happen in the event of an EMP attack on the U.S. by the Russians, this is a great book and series for you. With Russian sleeper cells coming out of the woodwork once society has fallen apart, the community of Mount Desert Island, Maine, the pages within this book are nothing but full of action.

The best book in an already great series!
As Chaos Rules, the 3rd book in Jack Hunt's 'The Safety Plan' series and picks up in the immediate aftermath of the battle with the Sovereign Sons. The book is full of surprises and crackles with tension. There is less action, but its just as intense as the first two books. Highly, highly recommended for fans of international espionage, post-EMP survival thrillers and simply tight, intense, perfectly paced thrillers. 5/5 stars!

Didn't care for it.
I really enjoyed the first two books. As soon as I started book three I knew I wouldn't like it. It was really weird how you brought the Russians in to the story. I think you could have kept just Boone and the motorcycle club run by Cole and frank. Adding the Russians seemed to hurry the book along and nothing exciting like first two books. Didn't enjoy it at all. You made the shepherd family turn into wimps when FEMA took over their home. No resistance at all. Not good! Don't know if ill read next book.

The Safety Plan series opens the what ifs especially in the political climate we currently face everyday due to the current US government administration. We are alienating our allies, provoking our enemies, and tearing our country apart. God help the USA!

I would recommend this series like I have many of jack's other series. I love the complexity of the characters. And the realness, the what did they present as human beings? And as quiet warriors.

hard to put down!
It’s strange but this story has so much realism that it’s scary to think of. From ugly raising and betrayals to governments intervention and teen heroes- the inclusion of the first natives to the land was just right and held the pride left together.

great story line
Jack Hunt is an author I have followed with great enjoyment, and I’ve tried to read everything he has written. What I don’t understand about this series of books is that it doesn’t appear to have been proofread. Someone really let you down Mr. Hunt when it came to spelling and grammar, but nonetheless the storyline is brilliant.
