Marked by Blaze is Book 2 of the Steel Rebels MC series. It's a short and steamy, instalove, OTT, age-gap, opposites-attract, stalker-lite, virgin gets her biker MC romance. Ingrid is a 20-year-old sweet and shy make-up artist. She is self-conscious about her looks as she has a Crescent-shaped birthmark on her face and has heterochromia. Blaze is the 32-year-old hunky enforcer and head of security for the Steel Rebels MC. Ingrid arrives at the MC clubhouse to do Jade's makeup for her engagement photoshoot with Saint. Ingrid and Blaze are immediately attracted to each other but Ingrid is convinced someone as hot as Blaze wouldn't want someone as ugly as her. Blaze thinks she is the most beautiful girl he has ever seen. Can he convince her? As he stalks her from afar to keep her safe, he also continues to pursue her. Will she let him in? And how will she react to him keeping watch over her? Their chemistry was hot 🔥 hot 🔥 hot 🔥 and the ending was so happy after some angst. I can't wait for Axel's book next!

The Biker and The Beauty

Ingrid has tried to hide herself from people because of her eye color and a birthmark on her face but Blaze saw through that and wanted her as his “angel”. When people are mean, including her own mother, she learned to not expect anything good to come her way as far as relationships are concerned. She never would have guessed that the Enforcer for Steel Rebels MC couldn’t stop thinking of her and was determined to make her see what he saw.

What a great story of overcoming what she believed are her shortcomings and falling for a man who could only love her for what he saw was beauty.

This age gap, motor cycle romance, with a safe stalker theme. Ingrid has always been the target of bullies, making her extremely sky and reclusive as an adult. But Blaze changes that, he makes her feel seen and beautiful. The storyline is great with plenty of drama and romance. It's a great read, I can't wait for, Stalked by Axel.

I enjoyed the story, mostly (see below). If I had a complaint about the story it would be the "relations". In the first book, yes, they were intimate, but the main piece was the story. This was more relations with a side of story.

Editing: It really annoys me when an author can't keep her own story straight. At one point Blaze says the FMC is "still in Steel Order territory". Except they aren't Steel Order, they are Steel Rebels. How does this get missed. Editors? Beta Readers? Where are you people? There were several other editing mistakes, and it really began to both me. Based on the fact that the next two books are coming out two weeks apart, I'm guessing there is a quick turn around on these. But take time to EDIT.

Looking at Ingrid with all the fire that he's desperate to give and share with her.❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 The enforcer💪🏼 for the Steel Rebels was about to be struck with Cupid's arrow and he fell...soooo... dang... This book was insanely good!! I couldn't stop reading it. I was telling myself, one more chapter. And one more. I can read another one right... till I finished it.🎉🎉 I had to. Blaze had my attention.😭😭 This story was a little longer which enhanced the deeper development of emotions which I positively LOVE. I'm all about the heart feels.😂💓😂 This was a continuation of sorts in the Steel Rebels series, set in Chicago, but can be read as a standalone. Book 1 was Saint and Jade, where we met Blaze and briefly Ingrid, and now we have Blaze and Ingrid's passionate attraction and budding relationship happening. Let's get happy!!🥳🥰🥰

🚩🚩FYI There are moments in the story that might be triggering for some readers. It's not overly violent imo but it might be for others. Keep in mind this is a MC and like the mob, they do things their way to maintain laws of their organization.🚩🚩

The writing never lagged, things moved at a great pace. The world building expanded. It's insta-attraction, age gap, the need for connection, feelings getting topsy turvy for both Blaze and Ingrid as they try to get close without getting close. Until it got hot and heavy.😛 Blaze, 32, was a man's man, he gets the job done for his brothers, for his boss Saint, but reading as he tries to figure out his feelings about love, a love like THIS, was so friggin' cute. Seeing and meeting Ingrid had this man a little obsessed, well, maybe more than a little, depending on who you ask.lol🤪🤪 He became an enamored ninja❣️🥷🏼❣️, watching her from the shadows, very very overprotective, dominant, hopelessly devoted to her. He wants to claim her as his woman and not scare her with his feelings. Blaze wants to be her man. Forever. He might be a stalker.🙈👤 But not in a twisted terrifying way. This wasn't that kind of love story.bwahaha😈 Desperate for Ingrid and her love, that was everything for Blaze. Gahh. I loved him. For sure!!

Ingrid, 20, was such a shy, sweet, young woman. She's a cosmetologist, helping Jade get ready for her upcoming wedding. And when Ingrid meets handsome Blaze, she went gaga over him, but kept it hidden.🤫☺️ Or so she thought. Jade saw it. The more Ingrid saw Blaze, while hanging out with Jade, the more she wanted him. But she can't. Or can she? See, Ingrid has very unique qualities about her person that she believes, by her experiences, make her less than. She has heterochromia. One blue eye. One brown eye. And a crescent moon birthmark on her cheek, which she hides with her auburn hair. Her self-esteem was very low. How can a man like him be interested in her? Well hunny, Blaze will prove and demonstrate just how much he wants you.😘 I loved Ingrid. She was never mean to anyone. Not even when they deserved it. She was relatable.

Ready for steamy romantic boldness. Spicy kisses. Let me love you moments and more.🌋🔥🌋🔥🌋 I figured you would be.😉🤣🤣 Get. This. Book.

There's some truths to reveal. Challenges. Will they work it out? Can Ingrid finally see herself as the beautiful woman that Blaze sees? Ingrid's beautiful, she just had to believe it and truly see herself. The epilogue was sweet and blazing. I HAD to write that.ha🧯🎆🎆🎆 Read this book and find out what happened next.😏🤩 Axel is next in the series. I'm ready for it. Blaze and Ingrid are my favorite though.🥇hehe Recommend!!! Ingrid was born with two differently coloured eyes and a birthmark on her face, which led her to be insecure her whole life. Her mother didn't help as she tried to force her to change so that she would be liked by people, which sent the message that she wasn't likeable as she was. When she grew up, she became a make-up artist.

Blaze is an enforcer for the Steel Rebels MC, and she caught his eye when she was hired to do Jade's make-up for her and Saint's (from book 1) engagement photos. He wants to keep her for himself, but she keeps pushing him away as she doesn't want to get hurt.

I loved that he was both sweet and dominant, and was the perfect person to help escape her need to run away. Ingrid was strong in her own way, but had her walls up, so Blaze had a challenge on his hands to help her see she's worthy of love.

The spicy scenes were fantastic, and Blaze def knew his way around the bedroom! The connection between the two was strong and had me smiling for the majority of the book!

Let me just say this right off the bat—Blaze saw her. Not just the curves or the lips or the things a lot of men tend to see first. No, he looked at Ingrid—the shy, scarred woman who flinches from the mirror—and saw something beautiful. And damn if that didn’t hit me right in the chest.

Ingrid’s been hiding her whole life. Taught early that her differences—those gorgeous mismatched eyes and the crescent moon birthmark—were shameful. As a woman who’s fought my own battles with shame, doubt, and feeling like I needed to shrink myself down to fit, I felt her struggle deep in my bones. She’s this quiet storm of strength, trying so hard to stay small while the world just keeps pressing down on her. Until Blaze comes along and says, No, sweetheart. Not anymore.

And Blaze? Oh, honey. He’s fire and steel and a little broken himself, but his obsession with Ingrid is the kind of raw, possessive, devoted energy I crave in a good biker romance. I’m talking growly protectiveness, gentle patience, and the kind of love that says “your scars are sacred.” He sees Ingrid as his moon, his obsession, his everything. And whew, I was all in.

Yes, there’s heat (and yeah, it’s delicious), but what got me was the emotional burn. The way he spoke her beauty back into existence. The way she started to believe she was worthy of being seen, not in spite of her “flaws” but because of them.

The Steel Rebels MC world gives you that gritty, alpha edge without drowning in chaos—just enough danger to keep the tension tight, but all roads lead to full-blown HEA satisfaction. These men are possessive, loyal, and dead set on claiming their women—bless them for it.

Marked by Blaze had me rooting hard for Ingrid, swooning over Blaze’s obsessive tenderness, and turning pages like I couldn’t breathe without knowing how they’d heal each other. If you’ve ever wanted a love that burns hot enough to melt shame and sees every inch of you as worthy—this is it.

Ingrid is a twenty-year-old beautician who's doing the hair and make-up for the engagement photos of Jade, the fiancée of Saint, the leader of the Steel Rebels MC.

She has thought of herself as a freak her entire life. Unfortunately, her mother has been her worst critic. When she tried to make friends at school, she was bullied and became somewhat withdrawn. She was born with heterochromia eyes; one is a deep blue, while the other is a warm brown. She also has a rather large, dark-colored, crescent-shaped birthmark on her left cheek. She tried contacts, but they irritated her eyes; besides, she doesn't even know which eye color she prefers. She tries to hide her birthmark by wearing her hair longer and letting it drape across it. Some have suggested she get a tattoo to cover it. Blaze doesn't care; in his eyes, she's perfect just the way she is!

Unknown to her, he's already been tending to her care. Breakfast orders of her favorite foods arrive. The water heater that didn't work has been fixed. The neighbor who loves the loud early morning music has dialed back the volume. Even the closest light she hadn't told the landlord about has been fixed.

Blaze is in charge of security for the Steel Rebels MC and is their chief enforcer. He's never been as enthralled with any woman as he is with Ingrid. He even loves her name. He'd like to wrap her in bubble wrap, but as much as he hates to have to tone down his reactions to her, he realizes she'll run if he pushes too hard and too soon.

When it dawns on her that he's the one responsible for making her feeling as if she's being watched, she reacts as usual; she runs and hides when overwhelmed. He tells her that he'll stay away, but he can't. So where does that leave them now?

I LOVED this story.
From a young age, and by none other than her parents, Ingrid was taught to feel ashamed of her features. She was blessed by mismatched colored eyes and a birthmark on her face. Her parents made her feel like a freak, as did kids in her school growing up. Constantly feeling like she was never good enough, she taught herself to use makeup and try to cover up what others thought of as flaws. Then, she decided to make a career of helping others feel good about themselves and she became a sought-after makeup artist. Hiding behind her makeup and hair, Ingrid always tries to go unnoticed and blend into her surroundings. Until she meets Blaze. From the first moment he sees her, Blaze is obsessed. Ingrid is the most beautiful girl he has ever seen. He falls head over heels in love with her and is determined to make her his.
What I loved about this story was Blaze’s devotion to Ingrid and his complete love for her inner and outer beauty. I love how he was determined to teach her to love herself and also protect her. I also loved the chemistry between Ingrid and Blaze. Their relationship was both believable and swoon worthy.
At the beginning of the story, I had a little trouble getting into Blaze’s character at first. I started the novel thinking he was a big tough motorcycle dude and then read his thoughts that were almost poetic. Of course, motorcycle club guys can be sentimental, but his thoughts initially are descriptive and flowery. However, once I read into him a little bit, got over my stereotype and into the story, I was able to see how his thoughts fit his profile.
I recommend this novella for mature audiences only due to sexual content and some violence. There is some stalking as well.

"Marked by Blazed" is the second book in the Steel Rebels MC series. Ingrid was born with heterochromia, a rare condition in which a person has two different eye colors, along with a birthmark on her face. Instead of being encouraged to embrace her unique beauty, she faced bullying, and her own mother tried to change her. This led to insecurities as she grew older, prompting her to hide her face from the world. Despite this, she became a makeup artist, aiming to help others feel beautiful.

When Blaze sees Ingrid for the first time, he knows she is meant to be his and will do whatever it takes to win her over. Their mutual attraction is undeniable, but Ingrid's insecurities and the walls she has built to protect herself make it difficult for her to open up. Blaze must work patiently to break down her defenses, one by one.

This short instalove story will have you falling hard for Blaze, who is the epitome of a swoon-worthy book boyfriend—sweet, dominant, possessive, and fiercely protective of the woman he loves. Meanwhile, Ingrid finally discovers the love and friendship she deserves. So, when she arrives at the Steel Rebels MC to ready Jade for her engagement photoshoot, she is shocked to meet Blaze a man who looks at her differently than any other and unde3r his gaze she feels beautiful for the first time in her life. But how can a man like him find her beautiful, can she truly believe what he is saying, and can she forgive his secret?

Blaze knew when he opened the door to Ingrid that she was the woman meant for him and can see beneath the shy exterior to the woman waiting inside, watching her work soon becomes his obsession and keeping her safe his mission for life all whilst she has no idea that he waits in the shadows. But being part of the Steel Rebels MC he knows how scary that could be for his shy angel but what will happen when she discovers just how far he will go to be around her and will she forgive him and finally let him in her heart as she has owned his since the moment that he met her?

I am loving this series so far and cannot wait to read the next book in the series. Ingrid was in my heart from the start and all you want is to give her a hug and let her know that she is worthy of love and that Blaze was the perfect match for her. 5* read.

After being made fun of for years, Ingrid had come to feel like her mismatched eyes and the crescent shaped birthmark on her cheek were a curse causing her to hide behind her hair. Was it any wonder she had trouble believing the gorgeous MC member when he told her she was beautiful?

I’ve lost count of how many book boyfriends I’ve had since January alone but Blaze is my most recent as well as being one of the most devoted and, make no mistake, he IS devoted to Ingrid; if he could only get his hands on whoever made her feel anything other than beautiful… Looking for an MMC and an MC enforcer at that, that is completely wrapped around his woman’s pinky, devastated when she’s avoiding him (I never said it was realistic but it IS hot to imagine)? Look no further, this is it, sweet, steamy and so, so good! 5 stars!.

This emotionally charged MC romance grabbed me from the first page. Ingrid is a heroine who’s spent her life hiding—both physically and emotionally—thanks to a childhood filled with shame and bullying. Her mismatched eyes and a birthmark that made her feel unworthy are now the very things that catch Blaze’s attention…and his heart.

A nice short Novella full of steam to keep your heart pumping!
Blaze is hot on the heels of Ingrid, as once he saw her and locked eyes with her, he knew she was his! Yeh.....So Hot! Who doesn't love a hot Alpha male biker falling first?
Ingrid too feels the pull towards Blaze, but having struggled throughout her childhood and teenage years, being told she was a freak due to her looks, could not imagine a man like Blaze wanting anything to do with her.
So as all good smutty stories go, Blaze stalks the woman of his dreams, until he can get her to notice that he is not going away!
No dramas or rollercoaster rides for Blaze as he takes what he wants, and he wants Ingrid!
He gets his first taste of her, and becomes addicted. Obsessed to making sure she stays safe he continues to stalk her, hiding in plain sight.
The love they have for each other can rise above any obstacles, until she realises that Blaze has overstepped.
She sends him packing! Yep! Not to be one to give into him, Ingrid tries hard to stay away. She knows he is still watching her, cos she can feel the tingle run down her spine.....And Blaze couldn't stay away from her if his life depended on it!
Uggggh so hot. A typical MC hard core love that endures! Love it!

This you won’t stop until the last page has been turned …...I started with the insert about the book and just kept reading. Ingrid was born with two different colored eyes along with a crescent moon birthmark on her cheek picked on, so she learned to hide her eyes, cover her face and basically stay out of the way to not be such a disgrace to her mother. Now as an adult she continues to hide herself or the parts that she considers as flaws and it works for her people to leave her alone, she has never seen herself as beautiful but all that steams from her childhood. Blaze sexy as all get out MC enforcer for the Steel Rebels isn’t a man you want on your radar the moment the make-up artist arrived, he knew she was meant to be his but of course the more he tries the further she pushes him away and if it is one thing he knows she is worth it all. The more he shows her that he sees all of her and all of her is beautiful but will she believe him, can he prove that everything she was taught as a little girl was wrong, she is worthy of love, she is beautiful, can he show her he isn’t going to hurt her, and is happiness in her future?

This is a very short story, but what stood out here were themes that focused on overcoming one's insecurities and allowing yourself to take a good look at the person you have become. The FMC has been struggling with her appearance as others have always treated her differently, due to her unique features. She is humble, gracious and despite her kind- hearted nature, most people seem unable the see beyond the surface. So, when her path crosses with Blaze, things in her life start to change. I was a bit uncertain about the MMC at first, but he did everything possible to show the FMC that to him she is absolutely captivating.

This is an instant - love romance, one that may appear difficult to comprehend at times, but then again, the heart wants what it wants. Sometimes I do admire people who are able to throw themselves into the unknown, simply based on their gut feeling that this is their person. There is something incredibly sweet about the concept. Although I am not really keen on instant - love unless it is a paranormal romance, this one did work for me. Low in angst, sweet heroine, protective MMC and of course, lovely epilogues at the end.

When she shows up for a cosmetology job, she doesn't realize at first she is in the middle of a biker clubhouse. She is always nervous around new people. Having two different colored eyes and distinctive birthmark on her cheek, she always feels the stares. The last thing she wants to do is draw attention to herself in the middle of a bunch of huge hulking bikers. But one stands out. He calls her beautiful and can't seem to take his eyes off her, but she is gun shy and doesn't trust it. He can't stay away from her and soon she realizes that he is obsessed with her. It is both intoxicating and scary the depth the man feels for her, and she is falling hard fast. You get a little of some of the MC brothers, a little bit of MC life, but the main focus is on them. Great characters that you immediately become invested in. This is a winner and I can't wait for the next in the series. You meet Axel in this story and his is coming next.

Marked by Blaze is suspenseful and a page turning MC romance. The story is beautifully written, amazingly balanced and perfectly executed by Cassi Hart. She continues to create and write phenomenal romances that I have absolutely enjoyed reading. I’m looking forward to reading more fantastic stories from her in the future. Marked by Blaze is the story of Blaze and Ingrid. The characters are fabulously written and beautifully executed throughout the story. The chemistry between these two characters is undeniably irresistible to the point where neither one of them could no longer ignore the feelings developing between them. I absolutely enjoyed getting to know Blaze and Ingrid as well as witnessing their story unfold through the pages of this amazing book. I do love that they have a happy ending to their story with them being happy together as a couple. I would absolutely give this book as a recommendation for anyone to checkout and give it a read. A Fantastic MC romance story!!!!!.

A novella about a young woman who looks a bit different who meets a biker before she helps a lady before an engagement photoshoot. As soon as the man sees her he wants her to be his.
Throughout the novella he tries to get close to her, even going so far as to stalk her and sneak into her apartment, along with some other things. It takes a while before they get closer and a while after that they get together even though they go through a time where she won’t see him for a time due to some things that he did.
At the end they come together telling each other how they love one another.
Five years later they are married with a small family of their own and are about ready to expand their family. After all this time they both want one another and love each other. They are happy with their growing family as well as happy and in love.
This is a great novella that’s easy to read, a page turner and with wonderful characters. This novella has a steamy romance with a happily ever after ending.

One is blue and one is brown. She has been called a freak all of her life. She is sent to a weird address for an appointment with Jade Purdy.

It turns out that she is at the Steel Rebels MC clubhouse. Jade is engaged to Saint, the Steel Rebels President. Blaze is the club’s head of security and chief enforcer. Blaze is there to keep an eye on Jade while Saint is taking care of some business. A month ago, Jade was kidnapped so they have been overprotective of her ever since. Blaze is immediately drawn to Ingrid and thinks she is very attractive. Ingrid thinks Blaze is hot.

Blaze was adorable being so patient with Ingrid. I loved that he was trying to protect her from the moment he met her.

This was exactly the kind of tender, alpha-obsessed romance I was craving. Ingrid has spent her life trying to hide, scarred by years of being made to feel less than. Blaze doesn’t just see her—he worships her. From the moment they meet, he is all in, and watching him slowly break down her walls was everything.

Blaze is intense, protective, and completely devoted. He doesn’t back off, but he’s never cruel or careless. Their connection is fast, but it feels earned, and the way he treats her uniqueness like something sacred genuinely made me melt.

This is a swoony, low-drama insta-love story with just enough grit to keep things interesting. If you love heroes who fall hard and women who finally get the love they deserve, this one is a must.

I do like the biker stories that Ms Hart writes. This is the second series I've started reading by her, and I've thoroughly enjoyed them so far.

Blaze is entranced by this beauty that has arrived to do Jade's make-up for her photoshoot with Saint. He can't take his eyes off her.

Tiffany is accustomed to people staring at her because of her mismatched eyes and birthmark, as well as the name-calling associated with them. But there is something about Blaze's intensity that makes her feel things she shouldn't, someone as gorgeous as him wouldn't be interested in her.

Blaze needs to prove to Tiffany that she is the one for him, there will be no other, but her low self-confidence makes her wary of letting him in. Blaze needs to break down her barriers and show her she will be adored for the goddess she is.

This motorcycle club romance brings the heat, the heart, and just the right amount of danger. Blaze is the kind of intense, loyal hero you can't help but love, and his connection with the leading lady is electric.

Their relationship is raw and passionate, but also layered with trust and emotional growth. There's action, drama, and romance all wrapped up in the gritty, fast-paced world of the MC. And as always, Cassi Hart delivers strong character moments and a satisfying story that keeps you turning the pages.

If you’re a fan of tough bikers with soft spots, strong heroines, and romance that rides the edge, Marked by Blaze is well worth the read. Another solid entry in a great series!.

Blaze an enforcer with the Steel Rebels MC, was immediately captivated with Ingrid from his first glance at her distinctive features and remarkable beauty. Ingrid was taught from an early age to hide herself, her uniqueness resulted in childhood trauma and she was not accustomed to or trusting of positive attention, particularly from someone like Blaze. Blaze was patient and willing to wait for her, but this take charge alpha might have crossed a line he can’t come back from. This throughly enjoyable read included drama, stalking (safe), touch her and die vibes and a fiery hot romance. Thanks to BookSprout and the author for the opportunity to read and review her work in exchange for an honest review.

Marked by Blaze has to be one of my favorite Cassi Hart books to date! Ingrid the FMC has heterochromia and a birthmark on her face. Instead of being able to embrace her unique and beautiful features she has been taught to hide them and been bullied because of them. While working as make up artist she’s called to the Rebels club for an engagement photo shoot where she meets Blaze a club enforcer. One look at Ingrid Blaze knows she’s the one and is determined to make her his! Marked by Blaze is a short Instalove read with little bit of stalking and I just loved it! I can’t wait for the next book in the series!
