Coty is the second book in the Viking Warriors MC series by Debbie Hyde. Kayla Chambers had feelings for Coty Michael since she turned thirteen, but he left with his friend Jack to travel around the USA. When Coty Michael came home to Willow Creek, Kayla Chambers resented him due to the bad things that happened to her while he was away. For Coty Michael, Kayla Chambers was the woman of his dreams, and he could not understand why Kayla would not talk to him. However, when Kayla needed help, the first person she called was Coty. Readers of Coty will continue to follow Coty Michael and Kayla Chambers to discover what happens.

Reading this book started me thinking about the problems children face when parents have favourites and let children know it through their behaviour. I learnt about the problems that bartenders can have with patrons.

I loved Debbie Hyde's writing style, which ensured I engaged with her characters and the plot from start to finish, and I was sad to see it end. Coty is well-written and researched by Debbie Hyde and a fantastic start to the Viking Warriors MC series. I felt part of the book's plot because of the way Debbie Hyde described its settings.

Debbie Hyde has placed a warning at the beginning of this book due to its plot. However, I grew up with domestic violence, and I enjoy reading this book and wish someone like the Viking Warriors MC would have helped my mother and brothers. I recommend this book; please do not read this book if the subject affects you.

Let me brag about the book I just finished reading and haven’t stopped thinking about.

I had the privilege of reading this one early, and let me tell you… I was hooked from page one. Coty isn’t just another alpha biker with a hero complex—he’s loyal, raw, and heartbreakingly human.

Coty and Kayla’s story is finally here!

We got a glimpse of the two main characters in Jack’s book so I was so excited to see they had their own book.

It took me a while to come around to liking Kayla. However, as the story progressed I was finally able to see why Kayla was the way she was. Coty loves Kayla but she didn’t make it easy on him. Will these two finally get their HEA or will well buried secrets keep them apart? You will have to read it to find out.

Well book 1 Jack tore out my heart Coty decided to do it again. When Rodeo decides Lala is his forever there is no going back.
It takes these two some time to communicate and get on the same page but once they do the plot twist hits.
I love Debbie's writing and I hope my guess for book 3 is accurate. My guess is Hendrix.

I'm thoroughly enjoying Debbie Hyde's new series, as I have loved all of her books so far. She's definitely my favorite author and a true storyteller who tackles the heartbreaking reality of domestic violence relationships, in a well written way. This series is close to Debbie's heart, and I admire her strength and courage in sharing her daughter's and unborn granddaughter's story. Coty and Kayla's lack of communication makes it difficult for them to connect, despite their attraction to each other. However, as Kayla realizes her need for Coty, she begins to break down her walls. I highly recommend this series to everyone.

Being a huge fan of Debbie's I was eagerly anticipating book 2 of her Viking Warrior's MC series. I was definitely not disappointed. The continuation of this series is done in such a heartfelt way. Which if you know the story behind it you understand why.
Debbie has brought a very personal story to life for her readers. Read book 1 (Jack) read the trigger warnings because the storyline is painful but also uplifting because it allows you to believe in the goodness of people again.
Thank you Debbie for giving of yourself...you are a brave, beautiful soul. Thank you for the Viking Warrior's, for Jack, for Coty and bringing Ariels Angels to life.

This book lives up to the hype of the first one. I had a hard time putting it down. The author has a way of taking her readers on an emotional roller coaster. I am eagerly awaiting the next book.

Some books introduce characters. This one quietly moves them into your heart, shifts things around, and makes space for them to stay.

Coty pulled me straight back into Willow Creek and refused to let go. The tension between Coty and Kayla crackles from the first page. Best friends torn apart by time, pride, and unspoken feelings now stand on opposite sides of pain neither fully understands. It’s emotional, messy, and impossible to look away from. Definitely a “just one more chapter” kind of read.

Coty’s return home is filled with regret and quiet loyalty. He isn’t over the top heroic. He’s steady, protective, and willing to risk everything without hesitation. Kayla is wounded, guarded, and carrying more than anyone should. Her anger feels real, but so does the love buried underneath it. Watching them fight their past while trying to find their way back to each other had me completely invested.

I’m honestly falling in love with so many characters in this series. They feel real, flawed, and layered, and even the secondary characters make Willow Creek feel alive.

The suspense running through the story raises the stakes and adds a darker edge to the romance. When Kayla’s past resurfaces, everything intensifies.

And I’m so glad I already have the next book waiting, because there is no way I could have handled the wait. I’m completely hooked on this series.

Once again Debbie has me crying again with another book. This book hits a little differently than the first book but is still so good. Again just like with the first book in the series, check the trigger warnings. Your mental health is very important.

A few things about the book and might contain spoilers.....
When Nanny was screaming and threw a candle at the Pastors wife I was happily cheering her on. She deserved that and so much more for what she did. Anther thing, "I go where you go buy I won't go quietly" IYKYK. Lil Mama had me constantly laughing. I loved her so much! I need more of her! I really loved both of the books in the series and I hope there will be more. Congratulations on another amazingly written book Debbie. Happy Reading Everyone!

Ariel’s Angels was established in honor of a precious Angel and her unborn child and the warriors will stop at nothing to not let it happen again. They help rescue women from domestic violence and help them start over. Coty and Kayla have known each other for years, but when Coty leaves for 2 years, and then returns, he expects to reconnect with the woman he loves . Not knowing what she went through or why she can’t stand him makes him more determined, but at what cost. Saving her from her past can cost him his life. This book is very emotional, and sends a message that needs to be sent. There are trigger warnings, but in my opinion it was very tastefully written and I definitely recommend it

Good read

Coty and Kayla story. Kayla loves coty he has been gone for 2 years with his friend Jack from Book 1. She is mad at him for going, and her life hasn't been going so great and is about to catch up with her and will need the mc and coty to keep her safe. Coty has been away helping his best friend grieve the loss of his sister and niece when he gets back his feelings for kayla are there and he will stop at nothing to be with here. There is plenty of drama from the town wherecthe MC lives due to some of the town not liking the fact they are there.

Grab Coty- as it did not disappoint! But if you haven't yet read book 1- Start with Book 1, Jack as it lays back story that you don't want to miss. The story of Kayla and Coty did not disappoint at all- except that I waited so long to start reading it. There is action, mystery and of course love to be found. My life has been so crazy lately and I finally decided to relax with a book and saw Coty in my list , it's a page turner that I didn't want to put down.

Coty was a great second book. We get to know more of the MC and how one becomes protected by the brave men within.

A total must read series!!! I read this as well as Jack's book in one sitting it's that good. It brings home what DV can do to a family. Not everyone always survives it. Makes us more thankful for the ones getting the stories out there and for the people working non-stop to try and help them. The police can't always help since their arms are tie because of laws. We need stricter ones for those who do this. These stories give us hope someone is willing to help. You never know as we learn in Coty's story who has been scared from this and never said a word. I encourage everyone to read this Series but be sure you read the trigger warnings and if you can't handle it move on don't ruin the story for others.
