It could mean life or death to them as well. How many have already died to grow this long life giving plant I shudder to think of. Escape I must try or my days are numbered as well.

I loved this book about Blossom. It is set in our future on a different planet. There is action, adventure, pirates, historical ties, and the importance of family all tied up in one story. I especially loved the big cats!
