Yet again, Erica Alex brings you into the world of Nathaniel Rain, our futuristic and darkly sexy protagonist as he continues his journey of saving his kingdom and all those he rules from the Highers who seek to use it for their own personal gain. While undergoing this journey, Nathaniel not only finds out more about himself but in turn begins to label friend from foe. With a multitude of twists and turns, Alex finds a way to intrigue, entertain and give a thoughtful and provoking continuation to Nathaniel's story that not only develops him more as a character, but showcases her extraordinary talent at making fantasy relatable to reality. Can't wait for the next installment!

Yooooo. This book, yo. This book.
I did not know where this book was headed. Everything took me by surprise and I LOVED it. The characters were wonderful and now I just want back stories on all of 'em.
The beginning was kind of dragging and monotonous, but after that, everything is beautiful.
A word to describe this book - Aesthetics. Cannot wait for more!!
