Will Renata be able to put her work aside and let Lily in?
And can Lily handle the glamorous but dangerous vampire underworld?
If you love CEOs and supernatural romances, you will devour this sapphic vampire boss romance. It is the second book of the Fangs and Feuds trilogy. It can be read as a standalone romance, but it’s recommended to read Thicker than Water first. This book contains spoilers for Thicker than Water and the Covens and Clans trilogy.
this book is intended for mature audiences and includes sexual content, depictions of violence, and adult themes. This book briefly mentions pregnancy loss. Reader discretion is advised.
Ahhhh so good!! I had to keep putting it down towards the end as the suspense and excitement were just too much for me. What a fabulous addition to this series, I don’t know how I’m going to make it waiting for the next instalment!
Expected so much from book 2 and was left disappointed. So much sizzling potential and what a cliffhanger! Lilly and Ran 😔 there is so much more to their rollercoaster, traumatizing love story.
that I would absolutely believe this part of the story could rival the first one. I didn’t really think I would like Renata. She seemed boring and bossy from what I read in the first book when she was on scene. But now reading about who she was and is was an amazing backstory.
Lily, sweet Lily of all people. She tends to like alpha to her omega. Unfortunately, he husband was one of those thick block headed ones that was mean and selfish. And Renata was the opposite type. Loyal and protective. Lily got everything she needed and deserved in Renata. And Renata got the kind and understanding love she needed that came with a family. A son that she lost in her past life.
As much as I really liked Celine, I totally fell for Renata. I wasn’t sure how that was possible. She seemed to self absorbed and oblivious to anything but the hotel and their business. Nothing else seemed to matter. And Lily had been right there the whole time under her nose and gaze, yet she never really looked at her. Until…
So far, this is my favorite book of the series. I can’t wait to read the rest of it.
I thoroughly enjoy this series. The spice level is just enough adding in with a fun and interesting story. I will say however, I REALLY wish I could have gotten more story about Lily & Renata. I could have either taken more book or a whole other book to be honest. My heart is longing to read more about them, but I suppose I may get more from another point of view in the 3rd book, but I wish I was reading it from the POV of Lily or Renata but alas, here we are. Still very much enjoyed this book.
