Twitch: and Milly's story

Reaper is the head of War Brothers MC, and he's Milly's older brother. Saying that Reaper looks out for his little sister is putting it mildly. Given all the challenges they've encountered while growing up in the foster care system, along with the recent events involving Ivy and Milly, it's completely understandable. As the president, he set up several rules for the male members of the club, making it clear that none of them can date Milly.

Twitch has always been reckless and has no self-discipline, especially when it comes to her. He needed to taste the forbidden fruit, and now he’s insatiable. Twitch longs for her every second.

The only issue is that when Twitch was medically discharged and returned home to his family, he fell into a depression for a time until he joined the War Brothers MC

so now Twitch is left wondering what holds more significance for him… The woman he’d give his life for… Or the club that saved him…

This is that forbidden romance that had me cheering for this couple, BECAUSE BELIEVE ME THEY HAD TO FACE A FEW obstacles. I really enjoyed seeing their feelings develop for one another, and it all comes down to whether they prioritize their emotions over their loyalty to the club.

Some Secrets Can’t Be Hidden Forever

That forbidden love that you desperately want but know you shouldn’t, that is Twitch and Milly’s story. Because Milly’s brother is the President of the club there seems to be an unwritten rule that you don’t mess with his sister. Tell that to Twitch and Milly’s hearts. I love the steam, connection and secrets that made this book a big page turner. This is that forbidden romance that had me rooting for this couple to find their HEA.

This is Twitch’s and Milly’s story and this was great! I’ve been waiting for this for so long lol just never got around to it. I love this series. This is 6th in the series and I’ve enjoyed this whole series! I was surprised to find out how come Twitch has his name that. I won’t say cause it might be considered a spoiler but I don’t think it is. Twitch is just very unique and out of all the men I’ve read about he’s the most chill and not so “hardcore”. I absolutely HATED Mercedes omg.. she was taking so much advantage of Twitch and jealous like girl… ugh.. there’s also Grey’s Anatomy vibes in the story too on Milly’s side cause she’s a doctor and there’s an older guy named Edward and her friends call him McDaddy. Ha. I just really loved this story too! The writing was great and I’m just happy that Twitch didn’t let Reaper the MC President come between him and Milly

Milly is Reaper’s (President of the MC) sister. She has been through a lot as an orphan and recently kidnapped. While she has been staying at the clubhouse she also not letting the things she has been through stop her career as an ER doctor. Now, she is realizing she has feelings for Twitch, one of the MC members who helped free her from the kidnappers.


This story is dual POV with Milly and Twitch. It is a story of their growing feelings for each other, and culminates on whether they chose their feelings over their loyalty to the club.

There is a love triangle and some explicit scenes (spice level 2?) but a sweet story with interesting main characters. It is book 6 in a series, and while I didn’t read the previous books I was able to jump right in and enjoy this one. It would have been nice to have a little more background on the two main characters but I’m not sure that would have been the focus on any previous books, as they appear to highlight different members of the Veterans motorcycle club.

I have enjoyed this series so far. I love all the Alpha males, who will do anything to protect those they love, and when that special someone comes along, they will do anything to make sure that their woman feels loved and cherished. But what do you do when that woman is the President's sister, the one the President has warned is off limits to any of the club members? Do you remain loyal to your Prez, or is the attraction so strong that you'd risk your life to be with her?

Twitch and Milly have to wrestle with their feelings for each other and those who are close to them. To follow their heart or stay loyal to their family/brotherhood. Can they just have one night of fun, or once they have tasted the forbidden fruit, the taste is all they can think about?

The book was really great I loved the dynamic between Milly and Twitch I was disappointed by the ending though. I would have liked one more confrontation with Mercedes. After all the trouble she caused having her just go away and having her stay away and quiet just didn’t end right.

It was lovely to have Milly and Twitch finally able to be together openly and have Reaper not only be okay with it but to openly approve of them being together.

Forbidden relationship?

Love the chemistry between Twitch and Milly. A lot of stress and drama between them and the MC club but I’m glad they got their HEA. They definitely deserved each other and make each other whole.

This was a great book. I haven’t read the previous books, but this was easy to read without having read those. I loved Twitch and Milly. He’s got the hots for her but she’s off limits since she’s the sister of the MC pres. he made a firm rule that none of the neg were allowed to touch her. She’s been through a lot. Being an orphan and having been recently kidnapped. Of which Twitch saved her from that. But attraction starts to blossom on both sides.
This story was set with just enough spice. I liked it enough that I’ll be going back and reading all of the others.

Intense, forbidden, and impossible to put down. Twitch and Milly’s romance is loaded with tension—MC loyalty versus heart, secrets that could destroy everything, and chemistry that crackles on every page. I loved watching their feelings grow despite the very real danger surrounding them, and Twitch’s internal struggle added so much depth. Steamy, emotional, and completely addictive, this was a five-star read that had me rooting hard for their HEA.

TWITCH is the sixth instalment in Bianca Lee Ward’s contemporary, adult WAR BROTHERS MC erotic, MC romance series. This is club IT and security brother Reece ‘Twitch’ O’Connah, and ER physician Milly White, sister of club president Bain ‘Reaper’ White. TWITCH can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Twitch and Milly) TWITCH follows the forbidden romance and relationship between club IT and security specialist Reece ‘Twitch’ O’Connah, and ER physician Milly White. Milly White is off limits to the members of the War Brother MC. Her brother and club president Reaper, had made it known that she is under the protection of the club but Milly and Twitch’s attraction to one another is anything but subtle except to the man in charge. All is not well when Twitch’s most recent past refuses to let go, and Milly is about to be pushed to the side when emotional blackmail threatens any chance for a future with the man who controls her heart.

The world building primarily focuses on the forbidden relationship, and the emotional blackmail used against our story line couple. Threats are made, repercussions ensue, and Twitch must make a choice between love, or the MC.

The relationship between Twitch and Milly is one of immediate attraction but Reaper has declared Milly off limits, refusing to accept any of his brothers are good enough for our story line heroine. Twitch is determined to claim Milly as his own but someone else is struggling to let go. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the us of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

There is a large ensemble cast of colorful and familiar secondary and supporting characters including the return of the previous story line couples. We are introduced to new ER physician Dr. Edward Stanley, and sweet butt Mercedes.

TWITCH is a story of secrets and lies, betrayal and vengeance family and relationships, acceptance and love. The character driven premise is intriguing and emotional; the romance is seductive and fated; the characters are charismatic and determined.

Twitch is a deliciously tense off-limits MC romance that leans hard into obsession, loyalty and the kind of love that could get you killed. Twitch and Milly’s dynamic hooked me right away – he’s the haunted enforcer who’s been quietly in love with the club president’s little sister for years, and she’s the one woman he absolutely shouldn’t touch. That push-pull between duty to the club and the woman he’d do anything for makes for some seriously gripping reading

I really enjoyed how their chemistry builds. The “harmless” flirting, the stolen looks, the way every small touch feels like crossing a line… it all ramps up the tension until it’s inevitable that something explodes. The MC world feels gritty and lived-in without drowning the romance, and the threat hanging over them – both from secrets inside the club and the danger of being found out – keeps the stakes high.

There are moments where the angst and internal back-and-forth drag a little, and a couple of beats lean into familiar MC tropes, but overall the emotional payoff between Twitch and Milly more than makes up for it. Their softer moments, especially when Twitch lets his guard down and shows just how far he’ll go for her, really land.

If you like protective, morally grey alpha heroes, forbidden romances, and MC stories with heart beneath the darkness, Twitch is a solid, satisfying addition to the War Brothers MC world.

Twitch and Milly are both involved with the MC but their backgrounds are so different. He was brought up by a loving, single mother, joined the military and after discharge, joined the MC..his family and it is deep rooted. She is a doctor, the President's sister, both brought up in care and he is overprotective, warned all the bothers away, demands loyalty.
Twitch's and Milly's relationship throught most of the book is a heated but half hearted effort. It is clandestine and fraught with issues and lies.
Mercedez is the sweetbutt that he has had an association with for at least 5 years. She is his at and for his convenience, but it is much more on her side. He has allowed it to fester and develop because he wouldn't be honest, despite bring warned about it. I had little sympathy for him or Merdedez when the real trouble came to a head. It was his own making and his indifference. Whilst he isn't responsible for her behaviour, he is responsible for his.
The story has its moments, but it stumbles in parts, due to the presence of Mercedez and his lack of action to control the situation, which leaves Milly and Twitch flip-flopping as they allow everything to influence their emotional situations.

This biker romance leans heavily into the forbidden romance trope—and while that’s not necessarily a bad thing, it does define the story almost entirely. From the start, it’s clear that she’s interested in him and he’s interested in her, so there’s no real mystery about where the romance is headed. The attraction is mutual, strong, and very present throughout the book.
What really works here are the characters. Both main characters are well developed, and I liked how their motivations and emotions were portrayed. Their chemistry feels genuine, and the biker setting adds a nice edge to their relationship. You can clearly see why they’re drawn to each other, and that makes the romance enjoyable to read.
That said, the plot relies a bit too much on the “we shouldn’t, but we want to” aspect of forbidden romance. Many of the conflicts circle back to the same issue, which made parts of the story feel slightly repetitive. I would have loved to see more external plot development or additional layers beyond the forbidden dynamic itself.
Overall, this is an okay and enjoyable read, especially if you’re a fan of biker romances and forbidden love. The characters carry the story well, even if the plot plays it a little safe by leaning so strongly on one trope.

After reading, I’d give this book 4.5 stars, rounded up to 5. I thought that the mix of tenderness and heat with which Milly and Twitch interacted really hit me in the feels. If a book makes me feel good, I give it a higher rating.
It wasn’t perfect. It’s a plot where a simple conversation would have resolved the angst and all of the issues with the romance secret. And the big bad guys plots were kind of underwhelming at the end. So it’s not a 5-star book.
There are some triggers readers should be aware of, because mental wellbeing is important. There’s self harm, threats of ultimate self harm, abuse (f to m), and the book doesn’t contain technical cheating because Milly and Twitch are not technically in a relationship, but that’s really splitting hairs here.
But it was entertaining, the sexytime was excellent, and I loved how Milly and Twitch were together. And any character who is a silver-fox doctor SHOULD be called McDaddy by the nurses because it makes me snort while I laugh.

Twitch is book 6 in the War Brothers series by Bianca Lee Ward and focuses on Twitch and Milly, two people who are meant to be together but life keeps throwing obstacles in their way, especially since their love is so forbidden with Milly being the little sister to a club brother. There was a little bit of drama to add to the spice and chemistry between the main characters.

If you’ve read the previous books in the series, you’ll know the characters that pop up throughout the book and it gives you some idea of what the brotherhood is like which both characters are a part of and I did enjoy the conflict that Twitch went through in regards to what would happen if the club found out verses being all in with his girl.

Overall, this was a quick, easy and enjoyable read and a really good addition to this series!

Twitch is an incredibly emotional and breathtaking love story about Twitch and Milly. As I read, I felt my heart tremble through their tender and tension-filled moments alike. It’s truly mesmerizing when an author not only unfolds the plot but also gently opens the door to the characters’ inner worlds—laying bare their feelings, their fears, their joy, and their quiet sorrow.
Though the story is relatively short, Bianca Lee Ward manages to explore the characters’ struggles with remarkable depth and harmony. Even within this brief journey, I found myself profoundly moved, growing deeply attached to Twitch and Milly and sharing in every beat of their emotional path.
I’ll gladly read the other books in this series. Twitch is absolutely precious—I can only hope the other characters are just as unforgettable.

Finally!! This is the sixth in the "War Brothers MC" and can be enjoyed as a stand alone read. Although not necessary, I would suggest reading them in order. There are connected characters. The MC was started by three tight buddies who served together in the military and includes other ex-military men. They are a family. Slowly the MC men are falling for an old lady of their very own. This story is about the Twitch/Reece and Milly, the MC President's sister. These two have been dancing around the attraction between them for sometime. When she is kidnapped and he rescues her things shift. After they share a bit of passion they still resist going for more. I love the characters! This is such a good story! I love the witty and fun banter. The club brothers are great!

I enjoyed reading this MC romance story. This is a newer author for me in which I enjoyed their creative characters that written with alot of heart and spice. This is a story where the author used details to make the characters pop and come to life. I enjoyed how the characters are engaging and connectable. They made me want to care about what happens to them. They have great chemistry and attraction. This is a story that is not only full of romance but some suspense as well. This is a story you don't want to miss. I found this to be a fast paced, hard to put down story. I look forward to seeing what is next for this author. I highly recommend this book.

Book 6 of the WAR BROTHERS MC series. Can be read as a standalone but for maximum enjoyment read the books in series order.

The characters were very complex and complicated and compelling and perfectly steamy together. Plot was intriguing and intense and well paced. World building continues to excel and impress. Another great addition to the series. Enjoyed immensely and highly recommend.

Reaper has always looked out for his sister, Milly, even when the pair were in foster care. As Pres, Reaper makes the club rules, one rule about all others is that Milly is off limits. If you heave the others in the series, you know that the pair have a chemistry.

Twitch is there when Milly needs to be rescued and continues to look out for her. The more time they spend together the closer they become. The path is never easy and there is more drama with the club, what will her brother do when he finds out? Looking forward to the next in the series.

Twitch is book six of the War Brothers MC Series.

Twitch, Twitch, Twitch… we need to have a talk. Get your head out of your @$$ and stop being dumb. That's my interpretation of Twitch. He makes a lot of mistakes without properly thinking things through. He just needed to be honest about what he truly wanted and things would've been better. But he had to hide behind his cowardice. Now Milly was a lovely character. She didn't force Twitch to choose her. She let him make his own decisions, even if it tore her apart inside. Just be prepared to hate on Twitch throughout this one.

The War Brothers MC series is absolutely amazing and Twitch’s story was worth the wait! He and Milly are friends, but the attraction is much more than that and it’s forbidden per his pres! I loved their chemistry and the abandoned inhibitions, but the secrets really messed up the relationship! Milly works hard, loves her family, and her brother most of all. This was another engaging read for the series and it's filled with secrets, emotions, challenges and hot romance. Twitch and Milly are not supposed to act on their chemistry. She's the sister of the prez but Twitch has impulse control issues and Milly has been crushing on him for a while... ;P Of course, this leads to the conundrum of supporting the MC that saved him or the gal who owns his heart. This really was a page turner of a forbidden romance with drama, twists and a fab HEA. Good fun!

I was torn between being angry at Twitch for avoiding the moment he needed to man up to Reaper and feeling disappointed by his cowardice in handling the situation. His internal struggle is frustrating, yet it adds a raw layer to the story. The romance between Milly and Twitch, however, is a highlight—full of laughter, banter, and sweet, embarrassingly endearing moments that balance the heavier themes.
The weight of their forbidden relationship is felt throughout, casting a constant shadow over their happiness and amplifying every choice and hesitation between love & fear.

Millie is the little sister of the MC president, Reaper, in a sense is the club princess, and has been labeled as hands off by him. Twitch has watched her from a distance until he can't deny his attraction any longer. This book is mostly about internal drama and a secret affair and doesn't really het into the arcing plot of the series. The characters were hot and steamy but felt a little immature for where they were in life. This was a fast paced read, tons of steam but not my favorite in the series.

This is an off-limits Mc Romance but also happens to be book six of the War Brothers Mc and the story of Twitch & Milly she is someone he has watched over her and had a deadly obsession, but he has to make a choice the one that is his or the club that saved him. He knows he should let the new doctor she is working for have a go at her, but he just can't let go.

Great story. Milly has a thing for Twitch but Reaper has told the MC that she is off limits. The connection that they have will have them hiding it from everyone. But one club bunny with find out and will blackmail Twitch into doing what she wants, while Milly will leave the club house. This book is full of drama, strong emotions that will try to tear two people apart, but in the end will make their connection stronger. I enjoyed reading this book.
