Andrea Love (yes that's her name), has just escaped and abusive relationship and is floundering to find her place. So, the old line a girl walks into a club. First, she runs into the man that abused her, and is rescued by the club employees. Then she finds out that the club is owned by a previous boyfriend, one of the only two men she every loved. The other is a childhood friend.

Is Andrea, a Domme or a submissive, she doesn't even know and this is the story of her finding herself and letting go of the past and finding her future.

I found the book very well written, I did find it a bit heavy on the BDSM details from time and it bogged the story down. That being said I really did love the book. You can feel the emotions deeply throughout. I look forward to reading more of Alex's books.
