Evil Roots

by L.J. Moran

A deadly biological weapon survives in a secret cave in the New Jersey Pine Barrens, but a serial killer has discovered the location and what it can do. Rick Johnson is called whenever a case is bizarre, but nothing could prepare him for the sudden rash of grisly murders. Bodies and evidence vanish as taunting messages stating the time and date, but not the identity of the next victim are delivered. It becomes a race against time as Rick becomes the Caveman Killer's prime target.
