Meet the Diaz family of Moonshine Now available together in one collection
Protective, possessive, totally obsessed; the men of Moonshine Ridge will do anything necessary to claim the women they love and give her the happily ever after she deserves.
The Moonshine Ridge books contain a lot of insta-love, some swearing, some steamy scenes, zero cheating, and a lot of swoon-worthy happy endings.
Vale Mountain Man's
The pretty, young thing pouring my whiskey today is new around here. One look and immediately I'm a man obsessed. But Sparrow doesn't need a grumpy, ex-Marine hovering over her.
The corps left me with too many scars for me to think this ray of sunshine would have anything to do with the likes of me. Until some pencil-neck weasel comes into the bar and orders her to walk off her job and come home with him this instant.
That's when I stand up, using all six foot, five inches of my wide frame to tell the nitwit to leave my fiancée alone.
Now Sparrow's stuck with me, pretending I'm the love of her life while we wait for her ex to give up and leave town without her.
But when our little charade crosses the line, I only have one chance to convince her that I'm not pretending.
Osprey "Oz" Mountain Man's Treasure
She was my best buddy's little sister and then, one day, my best buddy was beating me up and telling me to never look at her again. Suddenly I didn't have a best buddy or a chance in hell with the girl of my dreams.
We're all grown up now and Meadow's back from college, working her first year as a back-country ranger, stationed right here in her hometown of Moonshine Ridge-- and partnered with the local wildland inspector-- the guy she still hates even though I'm even crazier about her than ever.
And that protective big brother of hers? His plan is to kill first and ask questions later when the guy that his sister once begged him to protect her from gets caught inspecting more than the wilderness fire protection plan.
How am I supposed to convince a group of Bigfoot hunters that the viral video that was filmed up here is a fake, convince Meadow to marry me, convince her brother not to murder me, and get all of us off this summit before the advancing wildfire traps us up here together?
Glen Mountain Man's Dream
These mountains are notorious for the mythical beasts reported to live here, but it's not Bigfoot that the curvy cryptozoologist needs to worry about.
The recent videos hitting the internet have a whole new crop of monster hunters crawling the mountains where I live.
When I come across Finch camped out alone with nothing to defend herself with but her camera, every protective instinct in my body surges to life.
Mesa Mountain Man's Hope
The headstrong young rookie joining the crew for the summer fire season is everything I could hope for in a woman, with mouthwatering curves that beg to be claimed.
I have every intention of making Robin mine, until a chance accident puts me in a hospital bed for months.
Robin's by my side through it all; I'd be a fool to let her go. Until I see what a life with me really means for her.
I almost died to save her, I can't ask her to do the same for me.
Justice Mountain Man's Need
When I became the face of the law in the tiny mountain town of Moonshine Ridge, it was easy to resist Terra.
Rocklyn prefers her romance reads to be short, cute, and dirty; low drama and a little over-the-top: extra points for growly, alpha heroes with beards.
Originally from the farms and ranches of Central California, Rocklyn grew up in the lap of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Those small towns will always be home, but Rocklyn was born to roam.
These days she spends her days exploring America's back roads in her camper trailer, writing steamy happily-ever-afters while looking for internet.
Follow Rocklyn here, on Amazon, find her on social media, or drop by the website (rocklynwrites dot net) and keep in touch when you join the (mostly) weekly newsletter and never miss updates on what's in the works-- and what's working and not in a life full of adventure and shenanigans.
*** And what do I read? Total smut, the kind with over-the-top chemistry that gets characters to lose their minds and their clothes as soon as possible-- they can work out the kinks on the way to happily ever after later!
Vale Diaz is an ex-marine who moved back home to Moonshine Ridge after he got out of the military. In an attempt to appease his family that he was not going to become a mountain hermit, he agreed to go to the local bar once a week to engage in conversation with others. There, he meets Sparrow, the newest bartender. For Vale, it's lust (and possibly love) at first sight. When Sparrow's past comes back to claim her, Vale's protective Instincts immediately kick in and he claims her as his fiance.
"Mountain Man's Offer" is a quick read, full of insta-love, bold actions, Alpha growls and sexy times. A sweet read that is sure to bring a smile to your face. The entire story takes less than an hour to read.
Mountain Man's Treasure:
Meadow is a recent college graduate who is now working in her dream job-- a back country ranger. Little did she know that her archenemy from high school would be working alongside her as the local wildland inspector.
Osprey "Ozzie" Lancaster is Moonshine Ridge's local wildland inspector. Never had he thought he would ever be partnered with Meadows Diaz, the goal with fiery red hair he had loved since high school. She was also his ex-best friend Mesa's younger sister, making her strictly off limits.
This book is about fighting for second changes. The ability to win over an archenemy and prove that with time, gaining maturity can occur and their forever person is standing right in front of them. Throw in a couple of Sasquatch, a gaggle of Sasquatch hunters, a wildfire and some goats, and this story is beautifully rounded out.
"Mountain Man's Treasure" is a very quick read. It's high on sweet with just a touch of heat. A cute read.
"Mountain Man's Dream": Glen Diaz is a mountain man, and is a hardcore hiker in the mountains where he grew up. While he is out on a multiple day hike, he comes across a curvy, sexy young graduate student named Finch in a part of the woods that folklore says is full of danger. Not able to leave her there alone, Glen decides that he will remain with Finch until he's able to talk her into leaving that area. Since the book is a short one, I will leave my description there to allow you, the reader, the fun in learning on your own what happens between these two.
I am actually intrigued and extremely impressed that a book this short was able to have such a well defined plot, including a story twist, plenty of sexual heat, and quality character development. Kudos to the author for a job well done!
If you are looking for an extremely quick read that will take less than an hour, this is a fabulous book to read. Fun, lighthearted, yet steamy.
Mountain Man's Hope:
I need to be completely honest. I have read every one of author Rocklyn Ryder's published books and sadly, this book was my least favorite. Mesa and Robin's meeting occurred in a prologue. Only a couple of pages. The story began. Tragedy occurred. They fought through difficult times. Love prevailed. My issue with this story is simple. I felt like I never really got to know Mesa and Robin as people. Their back story as individuals occurred within a few pages max. I went into their tragedy not really understanding who they each were as a person, so it was extremely difficult for me to become invested in whether they made it as a couple.
This book is short, yet I struggled to finish it. I fell asleep multiple times. I pushed through and eventually finished reading it. Normally I finish Rocklyn Ryder's books in one sitting, within an hour or two. This book took me a couple of days.
With this said, the writing is solid and the storyline is interesting. I loved that the couple needed to struggle through real life hardships and the emotions that come with them. I just desperately needed more character development on the front end to mentally and emotionally become more invested as a reader if Mesa and Robin make it as a couple.
I received an advanced read copy in exchange for an honest review.
Mountain Man's Offer If it wasn’t love at first sight it was certainly lust when Vale first laid eyes on Sparrow. When danger follows her to the Ridge, he’s the first to offer her his protection. But in a stunning moment of speaking before thinking, he’s now just convinced the whole town they’re about to get married. Is this the worst idea they could come up with or is it Fate giving them a necessary kick in the pants? Squee! We get to meet one more of the founding families of Moonshine Ridge. I loved Sparrow and Vale so much. I’m happy that we got them to their Happy Ever After so quickly, but I’m not ready to let go of them yet. And those squabbling matriarchs have a story to tell that I’m dying to learn. Mountain Man's Treasure Ooooh! This has all kinds of “best friends to lovers” vibes, even though Oz and Meadow could more accurately be described as enemies. They’ve known each other forever and been drawn to one another for almost as long. Unfortunately for Oz, all those feelings came out in some pretty awful behavior towards Meadow, leading to the “enemies” label. I thought these two were pretty cute together and I loved watching discover what kind of relationship they could have now that they were adults. Mountain Man's Dream It was fast. It was hot. And it was so much fun. The gruff mountain man and the starry-eyed coed. Though there’s so much more to our hero and heroine than those labels might suggest. Finch and Glen were pretty darned cute; together and separately. I loved Glen and Finch’s love of nature – normal and paranormal. And Glen’s dry, snarky sense of humor left me howling. But it’s the sneak peak at what’s coming next that has me on the edge of my seat. Mountain Man's Hope Oof! These two tried really hard to break my heart. Mesa and Robin are dealing with such big things, I’m kind of impressed that their breakdowns weren’t just as big. These two are simply so devoted to one another, I couldn’t conceive of a world where they wouldn’t be together. I kind of also loved learning that Mesa’s relationship role models had some equally tough circumstances to face. Now that we’ve seen one more of the Diaz siblings find Happy Ever After, I can’t wait to see another. Mountain Man's Need The Rebel and the Lawman. Oh my gosh! These two led each other on such a chase. Terra is a one hundred percent, dyed in the wool anti-establishment and anti-authority free spirit. (She might just get it from her Abu.) On the other hand, Hawk has a few more years of experience and is looking to be more settled in his life, not fighting for everything anymore. But, his little rebel spitfire is the one exception he’ll make. He’ll fight for her as long as it takes. These two! So fast. So spicy. So stinking cute. I’m a little bit mad that their story’s over already. I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author.
I have previously read and reviewed the books in this collection and enjoyed them all.

I loved each of these books when I read and reviewed them. Having the whole "family" in a box set is a great way to meet and fall for the Diaz siblings. My favorite is still Terra and Hawk, as this one had me laughing so hard that I was crying at times.
Oh. My. GOSH, this series, like all of Ms. Ryder’s books, was smokin’!! I’ve read the Jones, the McAllisters, the Diazes and all of the Harts so far and I’ve loved every one of ‘em but I think the Diazes are some of the hottest. I mean, have you SEEN those covers?? I can promise you, the men INSIDE the covers have ‘em beat!!
I fell a little in love with every single one of those gorgeous mountain men and I just know I’ll be revisiting them every time I need some of that sweet obsessive possessive delish-iosity.

Loved this collection of mountain men. The Diaz men are completely swoon worthy. They are alpha males that are possessive of the women they find in their lives. They are also caring and loving. From second chances to brother's best friend, this collection has something for everyone.
The Diazes are all Man, wild, hot and sexy, except of course their little sister. I just love the descriptions of how they know who’s theirs and how they go about getting them, it’s may be called cave man but it’s sweet too, thank you for sharing them. Hope there’s more to come.
The Diaz siblings know when they've found their forever person but have to get out of their own heads to make that happen. Spicy, fun and always filled with sexy talk that keeps those flames burning hot. Love these guys and their gals from Moonshine Ridge - they never disappoint.
