This is not all the hype it was given. The way the book is written is difficult not to feel the author thinks the reader is about 15 and has to be helped along to understand the plot. It is not a flowing read at all- and the characters are not as likeable as I would want them to be ; I was grateful of the abrupt ending just so I finished the book.
Another excellent book by the team of Brian Sitts and James Patterson. Three fascinating sleuths are once again called upon to solve a case that baffles the police. Six infants have gone missing from a hospital, and our trio is hired to find them. But where is Holmes?
This, the second book in a series, delves further into the private lives of Holmes, Marple, and Poe, and some of the things we learn are truly surprising. I look forward to reading the next book.
Excellent! More than enough twists and turns to keep any reader occupied. From kidnapped babies and schoolchildren, to a serial murderer of mothers, readers will work to solve the mysteries. I highly recommend this book to you.
Was excited to read this book, second in the series. Not what I expected. Hopefully there will be another to tie up the pieces with a bit more depth to the story & their next case(s).
Second one in series it is a good read with some great mysteries. It moves right along. I hope they are working on a third one. I very curious about everyone's background. Good summer read!
