This is an easy read in that it walks you through gradually without overprocessing the concepts. It is written to be read and understood in a gentle but solid manner. The exercises are frequent and support each stage and they reinforce the concepts perfectly. They make for great journal prompts not just in the moment but for future practice and review of the skills. Probably one of the best reads I have had on this topic.
