ARC Reader
I have never heard of E.P. Writer before getting the opportunity to read Caged Killer as an ARC. This is book two of the Caged Prison Series. Though it can be read as a standalone. This book follows the POV of Sinn'ous (Sin). It is a mild dual POV, with most of it being written in Sinn'ous' POV and some parts being written in Rogers. This is the exception for the last couple of chapters that are written in Jasper's (Izz) and Zayne's POV.

I very much enjoyed this story as my first glimpse into this twisted world that is the Caged Prison Series. This is not Sinn'ous' first appearance, as he first appeared in SKhorpion House of Blood, which is part of A Serial Killer's Life Series. I have not heard of either of these series before becoming involved in this ARC. Caged In (book one) gives the story from Jasper Marcelo's (Izz) POV. I do very much plan on picking this book up and read it as well.

The story is a prison romance, complete with a psychopathic "serial killer" who is a satanic worshipper. The story is told from the POV of Sinn'ous, the psychopathic in question. This is a journey of going from one goal that involves murder to somehow grooming a pet (Izz).

I wasn't sure what exactly I was in for, but I have to say I loved every twist and turn that was given. It is a very spicy book. The romance between Sin and Izz can be compared to a very twisted Ash and Eiji (Banana Fish). When first being introduced to Izz, I couldn't help but see this parallel. It is different, but the dynamics are sort of similar.

Didn't like Sin characters

Because it's a second POV, its not as fun of a read even though I read the first book. Also, Sin's POV was not as enjoyable to read, liked his character less here.
