A popular book about medicines and its history. The authors did very good job delivering the big picture, in chronological order, about the topic. Being about "modern" medicine, it mostly revolves about development in Western science.
Very easy to read, despite the (vaguely) academic-sounding title. It appears segmented toward teens and young adults, though.
