Duet Narration by:
Hannah Hedley

Death isn’t the end. Surrender is overrated.
Killing for love is the only cure…

I fear nothing, no one.

Not even the boys who loved me that I lost. Dead. Buried. Gone. One by one. I am alone.
I need to be stronger. I have to evolve If I’m to survive. If I’m going to save us all.

Jude is my rock. Lorcan is my faith. Dante is my blade. Dino was the light to my darkness.

And me…I’m the monster who comes in the night. I’m the bitch back from hell to make you weep. My father will know it when I slice him and every last one of his sinners into pretty ribbons for what they did to me…
To my family.

And in the end, they will beg.
Love, honor, and obey.
Not f*cking likely.

I’d rather slaughter them all.

One thing I love about this series is just how sociopathic almost all of them are. When you are in Villa's head, she reminds me of someone you may be sitting by on public transport that is possibly talking to themselves and you just know is on the verge of snapping any moment. She just doesn't relate. I know that it is because she is broken, and although I don't wish that instability on anyone, I love her fornit.

This series was a whole lot of crazy and I really enjoyed the ride. While the serial killer genre is becoming more widely used in romance, this series still managed to be unique, riveting and over the top. For me the best part of the series has been the heroine. She's an enigma for sure. In a relationship with four men yet she can't say she loves them nor do I think she ever will. Viola is not your average woman or heroine, she's in my interpretation a sociopath and the only thing that keeps her going is death and mayhem. Unfortunately one of her men has to learn that the hard way when they get in her way. This particular book ramped up all the crazy and all the drama. There were fights left and right, people getting tortured, backstabbing/betrayals, family secrets coming out and we of course can't forget about the orgies :P This has been a wild and crazy journey and I really enjoyed it. While the end kind of leaves me wanting, I also feel it's a fitting end for these characters and their lifestyle! I will definitely be checking out the upcoming offshoot series as soon as it's completed.

This final book in the series definitely delivered it begins directly after that previous dramatic finale with Viola now in juvie. She’s determined to locate Jude and is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve her objective.

Elsewhere Dino isn’t a happy bunny Dante is still playing games and Lorcan is left holding down the fort. This last piece of the puzzle finally brings everything together answering questions and wrapping up the series satisfactorily.

This as a whole has been one hell of a ride it’s well-written and an easy page-turner and I’ve enjoyed myself very much. I definitely recommend it if you like your reverse harem bloody with morally ambiguous characters that keep you on your toes.

Ummm story was interesting enough for me to finish but I did not fall in love with any of the characters. It didn’t end well for me and there is no cohesive relationship between the harem. It felt very broken up with unnecessary plot lines. I will read her other series eventually because I do see potential. Spice was 3.5/5

Mallory Fox has done it again. I am honestly obsessed with this book but also confused as to what I just read. This book is a whole lot of unhinged crazy but in the best way. Everything happens so quickly that you’re scrambling to keep everything straight. Every time you think you have something figured guess what you don’t.

Viola has a plan and Lorcan, Dino, Jude and Dante are along for the ride trying to keep her out of trouble. There was a lot of action, secrets to uncover, people to get rid of and drama to unfold.

I’m would have liked to see more for the ending. For a reverse harem the relationships didn’t all feel cohesive. I would have liked that piece to be explored a bit. The ending to me felt abrupt after everything that happened it would have been nice to see the dynamic between them, how they settle down, and move on.

You definitely need to read this books in order be sure each one picks up where the last left off.

This book picks up following viola‘s arrest. She’s trying to find Jude and fulfill her plan and hopes to kill her father. And then, of course there’s Larkin Jude and Dante all playing part.

I honestly I’m kind of disappointed with the ending like I just I feel like I need more. These books are reverse harem, but I just feel like you don’t necessarily see a lot of it.

I would’ve liked to have seen a little bit more as to what happens at the end as it just kind of seems like oh all is forgiven let’s move on. I just seemed very quick.

A Destiny of Carnage by Mallory Fox
Book 4 in the A Violent Agenda series

Mallory Fox has done it again. I am honestly obsessed with this book but also confused as to what I just read. This book is a whole lot of unhinged crazy but in the best way. Everything happens so quickly that you’re scrambling to keep everything straight. Every time you think you have something figured guess what you don’t.

I have honestly enjoyed the chaos of these characters so much. The destruction, the constant guessing as to who is bad, who is good, where everyone stands with each other, and the ever growing kill list and chaos.

You definitely need to read these books in order because each one picks up where the last left off.

Viola has a plan and Lorcan, Dino, Jude and Dante are along for the ride trying to keep her out of trouble and from going completely unhinged.

I will note that the author told me that there is an epilogue that was completed following the audiobook recording which looks more into how they all settle together.

Narrated in duet by Hannah Hedley & Lucas Webley. The narrators did a great job portraying their characters, capturing the emotion and personality of every character and really keeping the listener engaged throughout the story.

Thank you to Valentine PR and Mallory Fox for the opportunity to receive an alc of this series. I’ve had a great time listening to this series.

A Destiny Of Carnage is book 4 and the final book in A Violent Agenda series and it absolutely needs to be read in order. The story picks up right where the previous one ended. I really enjoyed getting everyone's POV in this book. Loved how the author wrapped up everything, everyone got their answers. There were many twists and turns throughout the book to keep me hooked. The characters were all even more sociopathic than I remember. Lots of blood shed, spice and many triggers so make sure to check those prior to reading.

There was a lot of action during this novel. This book focuses more on the relationship with her men and how they will be together. The only thing is things were left a little ambiguous with Dante with that ending, so we don't get full closure. There was a lot to uncover in this one, so many secrets, lies, blood shed, gore and spice.

Overall, this was a great way to end the series. I had fun reading this series. The author did a good job at keeping me hooked and engaged. Can't wait to read more by this author.

🎧 The narration by Hannah Hedley & Lucas Webley was good. I love their accents, I do need to listen at a lower speed though. I think their voices do justice to the sociopathic tendencies, the way they perform is great. You can hear all their anger and emotions in their voices.

✨️Thank you to @valentinepr & @malloryfox for my gifted audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

Absolutely loved this book so much! I’m sad to see them go since this is the last book. All the characters got all their answers in my opinion. I love the twists an turns in this one especially towards the end that was not what I was expecting. I would recommend this series to anyone who loves dark romance but check your triggers because it is dark. The multiple POVs are so amazing as well you get to really know what all the characters are thinking about certain things. Now I can’t wait to by the physical coby for my shelves.

A Destiny of Carnage by Mallory Fox is a dark reverse harem serial killer bully romance. This is the fourth and final book in A Violent Agenda series.

Mallory did a great job wrapping up the series. I was pulled in from the first chapter and couldn't wait to see how it was going to end. I really enjoyed getting Viola, Dino, Lorcan, Jude and Dante's points of view throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

I would recommend the book if you like dark romances, reverse harem romances, serial killer romances, or assassin romances.

A Destiny of Carnage is the fourth and final book in Mallory Fox’s Violent Agenda series. Without spoiling the series, this book tells the story of Viola and her men (Jude, Lorcan, Dante, and Dino) one last time. We're left off with a cliffhanger in book 3 and as secrets are uncovered, Adrien tries to sabotage Viola, however this time around, Viola has backup and is more powerful than ever.

The series is a dark mafia poly/RH series and I recommend starting the series from the very beginning. The writing is amazing, the spice and H O T and I love the action scenes. Mallory Fox did a phenomenal job with this series and I can’t wait to see what’s next for her.

Note: this series is extremely dark and graphic, make sure to check content warnings before diving in.

A Destiny of Carnage is the explosive and brilliantly chaotic conclusion to a series that redefines the limits of dark romance, and the audiobook experience, narrated to perfection by Hannah Hedley and Lucas Webley, is an absolute must-listen. Mallory Fox delivers a story that is riveting, unique, and unapologetically over-the-top, and this final installment is a masterclass in mayhem.

At the heart of this violent storm is Viola, one of the most fascinating and chilling heroines in the genre. She is an enigma—a woman bound to four men, yet perhaps incapable of love. In what is the series' greatest strength, Viola is not your average heroine; she is a self-proclaimed monster, a sociopath driven by a singular need for vengeance against the father who wronged her. The narration is key here: Hannah Hedley’s performance is nothing short of brilliant, capturing the cold, calculated deadliness in Viola’s soul while still hinting at the fractured person beneath.

This final book ramps up the insanity to its highest level. The plot is a relentless onslaught of brutal fights, visceral torture, shocking betrayals, and dark family secrets, all culminating in a bloody path of retribution. Lucas Webley masterfully voices the men in Viola’s life—Jude, Lorcan, and Dante—each with their own distinct personality, perfectly conveying their unwavering loyalty and desperation in the face of her wild nature. Together, the narrators bring this dark, twisted world to life with an intensity that is both breathtaking and terrifying.

While the ending may not be a conventional happily-ever-after, it is a raw and fitting conclusion for these characters and their violent lifestyle. A Destiny of Carnage is a wild and unforgettable journey. For listeners who crave dark, reverse-harem romance that pushes every boundary and features a truly unique anti-heroine, this audiobook is an essential, five-star experience.

This is the final installment in the A Violent Agenda Series. Viola’s final book begins where A Promise of Torment ended. Dino is missing. Viola is in custody of the instiution where Jude is being held. Her next mission is to find Jude and get him out safely. While there, secreats finally start to unfold. Then Adrien tries to shove a wrench in Viola’s plans. But she isn’t alone anymore. She has backup, some more powerful than others.

This is definitely for my dark romance, RH friends out there. This will hit nearly everything you love about Dark Romance Reverse Harems.

WOW! The revelations that come out during this final book are monumental! I was NOT expecting so many of the twists and turns! But all of the questions that I have been collecting since A History of Violence are finally answered.

I have been hooked on this series since reading the shorter version in Violent Tendencies. Viola and her guys had an interesting story to tell.

I had missed Jude so much in A Promise of Torment, so getting so much time with his perspective was FANTASTIC!

Viola and her guys finally get their happy ending. Well as happy as Viola will allow them to be...the control freak that she is.

I am really hoping for a bonus epilogue, I would love to see them a few years down the line. I am thinking there could be some great shenanigans.

A Destiny of Carnage is the final installment in Mallory Fox's A Violent Agenda series. We've been following Viola and her harem ruthless dudes for a bit now, and leaving these characters is a little bittersweet, somewhat still unsettled, but ultimately fulfilling. And as promised, Jude made a spectacular return to help finish out this series.

Viola was taken into custody just as she planned, and she is busy working on convincing the staff at St. Michael's that she is clinically insane so she can get transferred to the more secured part of the facility, the place where the mentally unstable are kept. She knows that is where Jude is hiding and has decided she will not rest or leave until she locates him and they are able to leave together. Dino is missing, Dante up and vanished like he does, and Lorcan is trying to hold everything together on the home front.

Jude is my uncontested favorite of the guys, so I'm extremely happy that he has a large presence in this installment. The poor guy is fairly messed up, though, from his time being held at St. Michael's. This installment also gets back to focusing a bit more on V and the harem, back to her interactions with the group. Book three was very much focused on her family dynamic, and while that is still a large part of how this book plays out, we get back to seeing more of how they move forward in their relationship. Many of the things we learned in the first three books become twisted, and the final wrap-up for Viola is not all that it seems. The only piece that is still dangling for me is her relationship with Dante. The final chapters leave things between these two somewhat ambiguous on how they stand. Overall, this series was fulfilling, giving a great plot to go along with the steam and gore.

Character development: 4/5
Dark elements: 5/5
Steamy scenes: 5/5
Overall storyline: 4.5/5
Triggers: Yes, indeed - graphic violence, drug use, murder

Death isn’t the end. Surrender is overrated.
Killing for love is the only cure…
💋

It was dark, twisted and violent, and totally unexpected….. maybe I expected a different outcome and not one that rips at my heart and stays unforgiving with a certain character.
It is definitely unresolved.

But If you’re looking for a story with a happy ending roses and sunshine.. this ain’t it. perhaps it’s just me with my glittery unicorn brain looking for something more.
But yeah I’m hoping we might get a bonus or I just might have to write an ending in my head… sorry…but this one leave me with soooo many thoughts and questions.

Mallory Fox… just masterful. You leave me still in suspense wanting more.

This book conclusion of violas and her guys story was thrilling, addictive, sexy Intense and wickedly unexpected.
But it’s the narrators Hannah Hedley, Lucas Webley who made this book so incredible listening to as they brought the story to life with their unique way of storytelling!
Just addictive listening to them narrating A Destiny of Carnage for the last time!

💋And me…I’m the monster who comes in the night. I’m the bitch back from hell to make you weep. My father will know it when I slice him and every last one of his sinners into pretty ribbons for what they did to me…
To my family.💋

It’s an intense thriller you won’t was to miss out listening to!

There is so much packed into this book despite it being a fairly short listen. Jude is back on the scene after being MIA for book three and although Lorcan is second place behind Dante in my rankings, this series has felt fairly Lorcan-centric so it was a nice change of pace to see Viola and Jude on a side mission. Viola definitely gets to bear her teeth again in the detention centre and I liked the comparison of this Viola to the Viola from book one. Hannah Hadley really sells Viola's indifference as she still finds emotions generally irritating as well as still being a loose cannon but she is learning to accept that the guys genuinely care for her.

There has never been enough Dante for me in these books and although this book has a tidy conclusion it was pretty quick after three books of build up. There were reveals everywhere in those last few chapters and and I'd love a future sequel to check in on the dynamic of this found family in the future, particularly with the guys who I think would all quite happily ditch each other if Viola became a one woman man. They never quite made it to snarky banter but I'd have loved to seen more of that side; Dante barely tolerates Viola's boys and it made an interesting change to the normal types of why choose I have read. A Dante/Viola prequel would be welcome too!

My interpretation of the star system;
3 stars - I enjoyed it; would read the author again
4 stars - I really liked it; I am invested and definitely want more from this author/series
5 stars - I loved it; I engaged with this book completely until I finished it and it is one I will re-read

This is the last book in the Violent Agenda series. The audibooks are as good as the books. I'm sad that this series is ending and coming full circle.
Since all the books have been published I highly recommend reading or listening to the series straight through, if you have the time. I feel like that's the best experience. It keeps all the chaos and webs of relationships fresh in your mind.

I have enjoyed this series because, for the most part, Viola is the crazy one and the one controlling all these men. Viola is technically older than everyone in her group of men except, Dante. I don’t particularly love a FMC older than the men, but this dynamic worked. Viola also acts younger.

Is Viola truly insane or smart? I do know Viola is a very, very loose cannon, with little to no impulse control. Although Viola's character unraveled, her character never really changed. Viola just masked a lot of her snark and unstable side in the beginning. Honestly though, who wouldn't be unstable after what happened to her?

Each man served a purpose for Viola. It took me much longer to figure out V. I think in the end she wanted people to not walk away or quit on her like everyone else did. V didn't think she could love, or have the capacity for it. I think V did love every one of the guys in her own way. The guys all saw her darkness and embraced it. Man was the storyline ever complex and hard to unravel. Even after the truth of it all, I'm like what?

Thanks to Valentine PR and Mallory Fox for the ALC opportunity.

I’m currently sobbing.
the ending to Viola and the boys story was dark, thrilling, incredibly twisted and all round crazy. it brought tears of joy and sadness to my eyes. i wasn’t ready for it to end, I wasn’t ready to leave the mad world that Mallory had created.
the plot twists blew my flipping mind. I mean it was literally just one thing after another. bloody hell it was a rollercoaster of pure craziness. the lies, the betrayal, the killing, the plot twists, the extra spicy scenes, the group activities… god there was so much that went on! even though it was all pure chaos it all flowed so well and it’s a crazy ride that I didn’t want to get off of.
i love the boys with every piece of my heart, I already need and want more of them. like I don’t think I’ll ever get enough of their possessiveness, filthy dirty talk and depraved minds. i mean they’re all as crazy as Viola. they are a bunch of blood thirsty psychos that deserve each other in every way. they’re a match made in hell.
for real though, i need to know what happens next, like do they all stay together? do they all get married? does Viola carry on killing with the boys helping her? does Dante come back and join them? I NEED TO KNOW 😩
i can’t put into words how much I loved this series, it’s everything I wanted in a dark, serial killer, why choose romance. it was bloody phenomenal.

This is the final book in this dark and twisted saga and it could not have ended better. (This shouldn’t be read as a stand-alone and definitely check trigger warnings).

The story delves into the twisted web woven between both V and the boys families; the secrets and depravity run deep. This picks up immediately where the previous book ended with our fierce V locked up trying to convince the doctors she is mentally unstable. Two of her men are MIA for different reasons, one is desperately trying to get her released and she’s intent on saving the one locked in the bowels of the mental institution… can she save him? Will Dino forgive her for what happened in the last book? WHYYY does Dante have so many secrets!?!

I am obsessed with the twists, turns, lies and secrets embodied in this tale – you literally never know what’s coming next. I love how Mallory has a few story lines progressing and it all comes together at the end. Ugh… Dante and his secrets had me reeling throughout. However, I felt it in my bones when V mentions the buzzing stops… ultimate contentment.

I highly recommend this if you’re looking for a twisted, dark, reverse harem where the FMC isn’t afraid to let her crazy show! Loved this series!

A Destiny of Carnage Arc Review

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 🔪🔪🔪🔪🔪

🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸🩸

I jumped on the crazy train one last time into the Violent Agenda series. Please note there are trigger warnings in the beginnings of each book in the series. Violas satanic men drove the crazy train with Viola as the leader. As we can remember from book one, Viola was out for blood. This book you will see that Viola is still knee-deep in her head with her demonic thoughts as she plots her next mission. Her goal changed to saving her men from her corrupted past, even if it meant getting blood on her hands. She sends you through the hoops of fire, as you go into this book. It is sad to see that Viola’s chapter ends now, given I’ve been on this ride since day 1. Since the beginning of this series, I’ve loved these evil characters and their personalities. I will keep recommending this series to people because it’s not your average RH serial killer romance story. Recommended for 18+ mature readers. To Mallory, I love the amount of content you gave back to me for Jude because of my love for the underrated men in your stories deserve just as much attention. Fill your dark hearts up and enjoy this!!❤️

and the truth is out

A dark serial killer, mafia, hitmen, FMC being the hired gun and serial killer with also her being the older one out of her RH well that is till you get a shock of a new love interest through the story, it’s full of mayhem, shocks, surprises, secrets and blood.

I’ve really enjoyed this series, so much so that I’m even gutted there was not much in the fights at the end of this series but to learn the truth about Viola and everything that’s led her to the end of this series.
It’s been addicting that I’ve never wanted to put each book down, it’s a series to keep and one I wanna re read again and again.
It’s dark but not too dark.
Bully romance isn’t really there either
I think it’s pretty tame in that way but still sensitive for anybody who struggles with triggers. There is rape, abuse and other sensitive subjects that happen through this series but I think from my previous experience reading dark romance, mafia, serial killers etc that it’s not too dark and light in some ways.

Also for the younger generation that like a dark romance, it’s not too strong for them. But that’s just my opinion.

It’s a huge must read from me and 100% keeper ❤️

Viola turns herself over to the authorities after she attacked Dino. But it's part of the plot to get herself tossed into juvie to find Jude. No one knows what happened to Dino as he's missing. Lorcan is running his father's empire and worried sick about Viola. Dante's gone dark again. This entire series was addictive to read. I loved that Viola wasn't the typical heroine. You'll get no flowery admission of love from her. She's not really sure she's capable of love. She needs no one but she's finally willing to admit that she wants her guys. One of my favorite scenes was her torturing Jude while he was going through withdrawal. She's so unapologetically twisted and mean and not above amusing herself at their expense. I love the guys but Dante's the one who truly understands her madness because he's the same way. It was comical the way the guys grudgingly accepted him into the harem. All of their POV's were entertaining and when the mayhem finally kicked off I was entertained. All questioned were finally answered and secrets revealed. So sad to say goodbye to these characters. I only regret that there's no epilogue to wrap things up.

Wow. What an amazing finale to this series! This was a wild ride, but I enjoyed every unhinged minute of it. Viola is one of my favorite unhinged FMCs. I really just loved everything about her. She said and did the most off the wall things, and the men around her just loved her even more for her craziness. Lorcan, Jude and Dino all played very interesting roles in this book, and just goes to show when you don't have all of the information, it can skew your view of people and the situations you find yourself in. I knew Dante had ulterior motives, but I definitely did not guess his secret. 😂 I also kinda like that the guys still don't all like each other. I feel like a lot of the reverse harem books I've read the guys are all friendly or into each other, and it's a nice change of pace to have them all just kind of.... tolerate that they have to share her rather than being thrilled about it. lol This was such a crazy journey, but it was fun. I loved it. I love Mallory and her twisted stories, and I loved Hannah Hedley & Lucas Webley who did a phenomenal job of bringing this story to life.

Thank you to Mallory Fox and Valentine PR for an advanced listeners copy of this book!

This series has been an absolute blast to listen to on audio, and what a way to end it!! I never saw it coming. 🤩

Lucas and Hannah really brought these characters to life, and it never wavered throughout the entirety of the series. Lucas’s had the heavier job, imo, cause he had to perform for 4 mmc’s.. and he was magnificent. He portrayed each of them with finesse and eased into each of the guys seamlessly. He’s unbelievably talented, and he’s a brilliant VA. But I want to also give big kudos to Hannah too. She added so much flavor to Viola’s character with the way she performed. Her voice was simply amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to her. I’ll definitely keep my eyes for more by Hannah!

I’m trying to keep this spoiler free since it’s the last book in the series, but if you love dark why choose romances, with a baddie fmc who’s not afraid of a little knife play… then I’m telling you, pick up this series! The audios are fantastic and you’re just gonna have the best time.
