Promises on the Mountain
It may have been lust at first sight, but Raine recognized it when he was in the presence of his Forever girl. And while April and Raine had off-the-charts chemistry, they were also kindred spirits in their shared experiences of how grief could upend lives. I thought these two were adorable together and, once again, it was one of the unruly grannies that ran away with the show. I can’t wait to see what the author has up her sleeve for the rest of the Hart family.
Whispers on the Mountain
I kind of don’t care that Augustus refused to be reduced to the “mountain man” stereotype, the way he fell so hard and fast for Zephyr and way he looked out for her and cared for her was simply irresistible. I’m not sure I entirely supported Zephyr’s plan for how to “get to know” Augustus, but I can’t argue with the results. These two were adorable and I can’t wait to see what the author has for us next.
Secrets on the Mountain
A second chance! A second chance! My kingdom for a second chance! Everything about June and Cane’s story screamed for a better ending than the one they got the first time around. And this one was all that I wanted for them. Sweet, with all kinds of heat, I adored this book , and especially Donner, who insisted on running away with the show every chance he got. However, the avenging Valkyrie in me is desperate to know what ever happened to the people that kept these two apart.
Beginnings on the Mountain
This book was the perfect way to bring everything full circle and close out our time on this part of the mountain. However, I am in no way prepared to let go of Moonshine Ridge yet. I realize that with Hayle and Jan’s Happily Ever After, we’ve now seen this entire generation of the first families happily coupled up, but I’ve loved all of them so much, I’m not done with them.

The perfect set of mountain men!
Promises on the Mountain
I've been looking forward to reading the Hart family's stories and I loved that it started off with Raine and April. They are very fast paced and super steamy. The epilogue tells a little more of what we'll see in the future of these Moonshine Ridge families.
Whispers on the Mountain
Oh how I loved these two. Zephyr and Augustus are just meant to be and super steamy. I loved the kitchen scene. Wow!
Secrets on the Mountain
Loved Cane and June's story. Theirs is a second chance story full of love and understanding. They went through something that's unforgivable, yet came out on top and ready to move forward with their family. Such a sweet read.
Beginnings on the Mountain
I'm so glad we got to read Hayle's story. I remember the mysterious fight he doesn't recall. His name is mentioned through the stories of the town and his siblings, but there's nothing like his story. Loved being able to see things from his perspective and what he was going through. January is the perfect match for him. She's able to draw out his story in such a caring way, because she's been through so much herself. Loved these two so much, not including the draw, chemistry and rawness between them. Soooo good!

Oh my gosh, those Hart men are smoking hot!!! Of course I’ve loved ‘em all—the Jones, the McAllisters, the Diazes and…ESPECIALLY, the Harts! I mean, Raine 🥵, and Cane and Hayle too for that matter. It’s just, hot-as-Hades Raine holds a special place in my heart. Even Zephyr’s man, Augustus, the Italian stallion was pretty hot once he got over himself.
The individual books in the collection are awesome but when you can have them all in one box set where you can read seamlessly from the first page of book one all the way to the last page of book four, no searching through your library for the next one, I LOVE it!!
Anyway, regardless of how you read ‘em, the important thing is that you READ ‘em!!! Each book is novella length and won’t take forever to read but they’re super hot and sure to steam up your reading glasses!
